[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this back massage pain reliever for the past couple weeks, I've noticed it has helped relieve my muscle tension. It has been slowly going away. Also, It's not too hot and feel comfortable.

This was one of the most anticipated item I’ve done for review yet. After a painful car wreck this is a Godsend. I opened the box and plugged it in and started using it immediately. Very easy to understand (didn’t need to read the instructions). Very comfortable material and the color is light gray. While the overall use is 5⭐️ I do have some suggestions. The elastic band could be a little bigger. If you are someone who has a larger torso or bigger area (for females) it may cut into your abdomen (as seen in the video I made). And also it was a little rattley when on the highest massage setting, nothing too terrible but just giving my honest review. I can see this being used on neck, back, shoulders, legs, knees and stomach for female cramps. Thank you so much Influenster and Sharper Image for the product, it will go to good use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had such high hopes for this neck pain relief wrap. the heat setting on this works awesome and feels nice but that is really it. the vibration was kind of a let down to me it is very soft and didn’t do too much. It is relaxing which is nice just not as nice as i expected it to be. I will say this also says it treats the neck but I was unable to feel it on my neck at all., I only felt it on my upper back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a miracle.the heat really helps my shoulders and back. I was worried it would be super heavy and uncomfortable but it's actually the opposite. I find it easy to put on and wear.it doesn't take long to start feeling relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heated neck and shoulder massager really works. Love the 5 different pulse massage settings. I can feel it more strongly in my upper back area. The heat settings are also a plus. This really helps out with my tense shoulders and neck.

It holds the heating pad in place so it can target my upper back and that is where my pain is. The vibration doesn’t feel overly strong when using it, but after using it for 10 minutes you can really tell it helps to relieve the tension in your muscles

Material against body is soft and nice like a microfiber. Heats well, vibrates well. I’m personally not a huge fan of vibration because it makes my back itch, but this one was one of the better vibration massagers. The buttons are not clear on high, low settings.

It is slightly heavy but it has to snaps to keep it in place. I love that the control is right on the wrap so you don't have to find it further down the cord. There are several massage settings and that combined with the heat is the most relaxing!

The vibration can also be on or off and has multiple vibration patterns. The vibration is right at the top in between the shoulder blades and can be felt in the neck area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone in the family tried this out - my father and I found the neck opening when snapped a bit awkward shaped but mom had no issue with that. The massage feature on this was very nice and we all appreciated there were different settings (which were easy to change). The heated setting was also quite nice, but I wouldn't have been mad if it could be a little bit warmer to really help those sore muscles. None of us really wanted to use the lower snap buckle as it was a bit awkward. I also really appreciated the soft and padded material used - very pleasant against the skin. A nice way to relax at the end of the day.
