Did not fit on the neck and shoulders well. Couldn't adjust it to where I need massaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this heated neck and back wrap. It fit comfortably around me and I felt wonderful relief from using it. The massage levels were on point and soon I was very relaxed.

Very disappointed, wasn't very warm and vibration was little to none.Also was a gift from my sister that wanted me to have something that would help my chronic neck pain.
