It has adjustable heat levels and 5 massage modes. I use this every night and also had a 30 minute timer setting that has auto shut off because sometimes it will put you to sleep.

Like the heating pad. It’s a knock off, not the real shaper image item. The button is upside if you compare to the real item. Overall works well and is priced lower than the actual SI same item, but just know this is a fake!!
