My kids (1 and 3) love this already. I will say that most things where not really labeled properly so putting together was slightly confusing we had 6 adults and put it together in about 4 hours the tower took the most work. My oldest calls it a castle. This overall will have endless fun and grow with them also no annual upkeep like wood sets which is a huge plus in my book.

My girls love this play set! Despite the cold weather they have still begged to play outside. They have played for hours. The only drawback is that it took about 4 hours to assemble even with a team of 7 people working together at a good pace. Be very careful of the first few steps, especially the step that tells you to rotate the platform. We missed this step and so did a friend of mine that bought it a few weeks before us.

This thing is a beast to put together. Make sure you have a ton of time to put this together if you are going to do it yourself. If you have the money to have it put together by professionals I would recommend going that route and saving the stress that is caused by this for something more important. Instructions are clear and the playset is awesome. My 6yr old loves it and uses it everyday its not raining.

Great product! Really solid and easy to put together. Great instructions and they even have videos to watch if you need it. Didn’t have any problems with holes lining up. Put together myself over span of two days with a little assistance from the wife when connecting the swings to the tower.

My kids love this swingset. heavy duty plan on it lasting for many years to come. Took two of us to put most of it together and about 8 hours altogether. Slide is a bit fast for my 4 year old at first. I have a 10 year old and 4 year old and both of them enjoy playing on it.

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. We had to get get some replacement parts for your Adventure Playset. Unfortunately COVID hit and the parts were held up in China for about a year. I worked with Heidi Marion who is one of your Customer Service Reps and she kept me updated of the progress of the shipment. She was awesome throughout this entire process. Many kudos to her!!!

Great product, installation was a breeze, did it in less than 12 hours over 2 days with my 9 year old son. Super high quality product, packaging of parts was super intuitive and organized and instructions were easy to follow. Kids love the play set (even love the extra details like the town stamped on the tower so kids can play with matchbox cars, great detail). Truly believe this play set will out last my 4 kids. Love how this set entertains my 3 year old up to my 9 year old, something for all 4 of my kids. Only negative so far is when 2 kids are swinging next to each other the metal joint on top of the swings rubs and makes a very loud and annoying squeaking/screeching sound. Really no way to lube it now, only seems to go away when someone is on the third swing next to monkey bars. Hoping it gets better over time, but a small price to pay for an otherwise amazing play set.

I bought and received my Play-set about three weeks ago, and it was easy to assemble. The Lifetime Adventure Tower had easy to read instructions for assembling it. The Play-set more of all is great for the grandchildren, and everyone who has children will love it. GREAT!

We finished assembling the tower on 10/25, and less than 8 weeks later, we see many small areas of rust. We thought it would be at least a year before we would see this much deterioration, so we are very disappointed, especially at this price point. We live in south eastMI, where it is not especially humid, so this seems like a quality issue. We reached out to customer care, but even with replacement parts, we’d have to take apart and reassemble ourselves with the same issue resurfacing two months later - not worth our time and efforts. Very disappointed in the quality.
