Great playset and good quality, the kids love it. It took awhile to get and although the parts were all there, some of them were marked incorrectly causing a few more headaches then were necessary. We did get it together in about 8 hours with 2 people. Definitely worth the wait. Also looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our grandkids as that time they lived with us. And they still use it. In addition it has lasted quite a while the only thing I had to replace was the swing attachments, which is item Sarah helped me locate. The service was awesome and timely.

This swing set seems very sturdy and resistant to the elements. I found the assembly instructions to be very clear, simple and easy to understand. The only thing I feel it might need is better anchoring tie downs but I’ve found my own system that works well. I love that it’s made in the USA!

Playset is well designed for play, except for the ladder. That is a bit precarious. assembly is a mixed bag. The manual was good most of the time, but lacked some key details that would have made things easier. I had to figure some stuff out on my own. Fortunately, I’m pretty handy, but thise with less construction experience may need to seek help. The videos on Youtube helped too. Some holes don’t quite line up and some bolts are way too short. I had to muscle a few things or dip into the extra hardware bag to make something up that would work. Assembly took me about seven hours alone. It might have gone faster if I wasn’t alone and it wasn’t 20F outside. I would definitely buy this again though.

bought this for my grand childern ages from 5-12 and they absolutley love it and we do to the quality is amazing this is a very strong and extremely well made .so many activities for them to do its truly an awsome swing set would highly reccomend

Great product, pretty easy to assemble with two people. The slide is really well made, very sturdy, we had my 8 yr old and 10yr old swinging at the same time and it barely moved around. The only negative i have is to change one page in the instruction book to really emphasize the importance of the metal base frame layout and the flooring in the tower so that everything is in line. we looked back to see if anything was said about that and wasn't. it took us 3 hrs to go back and fix the mistake and that's a lot of time wasted with three young children.

Excellent swing set for my two kids (5&7). I was looking for something that would challenge by athletic 7 yo, but not be too frustrating for my 5 yo. This was a perfect fit. I see it getting years of use...even when this pandemic ends! Not too hard to put together and the directions were crystal clear. It took 1-2 of us working on it 2 solid days to complete.

The playset is perfect -- installation was reasonably priced (would have been quickly installed had the weather not rained us out 3 times - but the installer was great with communication) -- and their customer service department was very efficient. I am super happy and my kids are enjoying it alot! Just wish I'd opted more a total of 4 swings to stop the arguments... :)

Assembly took quite awhile but it’s sturdy and going to last a long long time. There aren’t any bolts sticking out that can scratch or rust! My kids have played on it everyday!! It’s definitely worth the investment!! The extra bolts came in handy too!

Every time I spoke to someone in customer service regarding replacement parts for my playset I ended the call thinking I was fully satisfied, however each time the order showed up it was missing parts. This is the fourth time I had to call them trying to get an anchor kit for my playset which was originally requested 3 weeks ago. I’m beginning to know why the companies name is LIFETIME, because while the customer service is great, it takes a lifetime to actually acquire all the parts you need. Hopefully this time they will get the order straight, hey look, my playset just blew down the street!
