We had 3 demands from our littles when it came to a playset. It needed (1) monkey bars, (2) swings, (3) a slide. We also wanted something that could provide shade at times. This playset nailed all three! I will also say that the Lifetime installation team was quick to schedule and fast to install (3.5 hours to complete). I read horror stories on how long it’s taken others to do themselves (20+ hours…..). Great play set! Do not regret the purchase!

The product was a little more difficult to assemble than I anticipated but everything was organized and assembly instructions/video were very clear and helpful. Grand kids and neighbor kids have been enjoying for a week. I was not aware that two anchors came with the set and had purchased a set of four, so I guess we are well anchored. Hope it lasts a lifetime for our grand kids.

bought this for my grand childern ages from 5-12 and they absolutley love it and we do to the quality is amazing this is a very strong and extremely well made .so many activities for them to do its truly an awsome swing set would highly reccomend

Directions are hard to follow and the bar that goes around the middle of the top of a head banger. Once you climb up if you don’t duck your head you hit it Not a good design there

Directions were good. Took longer to assemble than I thought at first. Well constructed, quality material. A little cool to try out, temperature last night dropped to 1 degree Fahrenheit!🥶

We have had this up for months and my kid loves to swing and climb on it. It is super sturdy and the green color is looking good in our yard. Our kid is only 2.5 years old so he will grow into the monkey bars, fireman’s pole, and climbing walls. The only reason for four stars over five is there is a small rust spot already in the bottom of the tower floor. If that is only after a few months, I am wondering what a few years might look like. We are going to try to be proactive and treat the rust spot so it doesn’t get worse, but it is on the support holding the floor of the tower up so a pretty important piece! I did mostly put it together myself over a series of naptimes, but my husband helped me with putting the roof on and moving the monkey bars into place to attach the main support across the swings. The directions were easy to follow in my opinion, but I generally don’t have a hard time assembling things.

I bought this because of all of the features included, the durability of other Lifetime products we own, and because it looks like a quality set that my kids will enjoy for years to come. I only rated 4 stars because we were missing a part (not essential to structural integrity). Customer service has been amazing, though, on initially communicating a production delay, then on assisting us with delivery issues, and finally on getting us the replacements for the missing parts. It took about 10 hours for my husband and I to put together. The kids couldn’t wait to get on it!

I have a 7 and 3 year old who absolutely love the playset. However, because the way the ladder curves my just barely 3 year old has real hard time climbing up and has fallen through twice, luckily we have rubber mulch to protect her fall but would be nice if Lifetime had multiple options of ladders or stairs to allow independence for young climbers. Given time 3 year old will learn to climb herself but for now mom or dad must assist and spot her.

My kiddos love this swing set! The only downside was putting it together. Everything can only go together one specific way and you'll basically get nearly finished and realize that one of the earlier steps was off and you'll have to take it all apart and start all over! So the directions could be more clear about that. But, after it is finished...its awesome!

Every time I spoke to someone in customer service regarding replacement parts for my playset I ended the call thinking I was fully satisfied, however each time the order showed up it was missing parts. This is the fourth time I had to call them trying to get an anchor kit for my playset which was originally requested 3 weeks ago. I’m beginning to know why the companies name is LIFETIME, because while the customer service is great, it takes a lifetime to actually acquire all the parts you need. Hopefully this time they will get the order straight, hey look, my playset just blew down the street!
