I bought the adventure tower monkey bar set. I bought from an online seller not direct and had shipping date pushed closer to Xmas date. The online seller held the package with one of there “shippers”, and they totally ruined the crate and some of the large exterior pieces and slide three days before Xmas. Not lifetimes fault or responsibility at all. I called just to see about cost of parts for the online seller to replace and give a refund for parts. Instead lifetime shipped all new parts immediately for free even though it had nothing at all to do with them. Had the online seller give a discount for the extra work and hassle and for not being done on Xmas too yayyy! Set is built now and is very nice very sturdy even for my 200 lb dad weight. Kids love it. Like having a commercial set in your backyard. Also wanted to note I saw some reviews saying instructions were tricky are not detailed enough. I found zero problems with instructions I thought they were detailed enough, only thing I would say is just pay attention to picture so you know which post is which by the screw holes at the top. There was even scan icons for how to videos on each section I didn’t even need to use. Customer service was so quick no hold no hassle that alone is something hard to find now and makes me feel better about the purchase and the future of owning the play set.

This thing is a beast to put together. Make sure you have a ton of time to put this together if you are going to do it yourself. If you have the money to have it put together by professionals I would recommend going that route and saving the stress that is caused by this for something more important. Instructions are clear and the playset is awesome. My 6yr old loves it and uses it everyday its not raining.

We bought this set for our grandchildren to play on when they come visit. We have seven ages 13, 12, 4, 4, 3, 16mo. and 1. It gets lots of use. A storm came through and lifted the set bending the fire pole upon landing. Even in the midst of this crazy pandemic this company not only replied to my email requesting a way to purchase a new pole....they are sending us a new pole at no charge!!! (By the way, turns out that storm not only lifted our playground but uprooted a giant magnolia tree from our neighbors yard a few acres back, it was a doozy). The kids all love playing on this set and we anticipate even the 1 year having many more years of play on it!

The product was a little more difficult to assemble than I anticipated but everything was organized and assembly instructions/video were very clear and helpful. Grand kids and neighbor kids have been enjoying for a week. I was not aware that two anchors came with the set and had purchased a set of four, so I guess we are well anchored. Hope it lasts a lifetime for our grand kids.

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. Sabrina made my request for rusted out parts a breeze. A reply email from the start took a while because of covid, and some of the replacement parts will take a while because of covid to arrive. Other than things out of there control my experience was great.

Definitely worth the money we paid. It came with all the parts. Nothing was missing. Everything was in great condition. Lifetime is a great name for these products because it is so strong. It will last a lifetime. I could not be happier with my purchase of course the time to put it together is quite extensive, it took three days and three adults to fully assemble it but even with that it definitely was worth it.

Kids absolutely love this swing set, quality materials. The anchor system i feel should be sturdier. We used the two cable anchors sent to anchor down the monkey bars, and anchored the tower down inside with 4 fence post tied down, the play set survived 70+ MPH wind with no shifting or damage!

I have a 7 and 3 year old who absolutely love the playset. However, because the way the ladder curves my just barely 3 year old has real hard time climbing up and has fallen through twice, luckily we have rubber mulch to protect her fall but would be nice if Lifetime had multiple options of ladders or stairs to allow independence for young climbers. Given time 3 year old will learn to climb herself but for now mom or dad must assist and spot her.

My kids (1 and 3) love this already. I will say that most things where not really labeled properly so putting together was slightly confusing we had 6 adults and put it together in about 4 hours the tower took the most work. My oldest calls it a castle. This overall will have endless fun and grow with them also no annual upkeep like wood sets which is a huge plus in my book.
