Playset is well designed for play, except for the ladder. That is a bit precarious. assembly is a mixed bag. The manual was good most of the time, but lacked some key details that would have made things easier. I had to figure some stuff out on my own. Fortunately, I’m pretty handy, but thise with less construction experience may need to seek help. The videos on Youtube helped too. Some holes don’t quite line up and some bolts are way too short. I had to muscle a few things or dip into the extra hardware bag to make something up that would work. Assembly took me about seven hours alone. It might have gone faster if I wasn’t alone and it wasn’t 20F outside. I would definitely buy this again though.

bought this for my grand childern ages from 5-12 and they absolutley love it and we do to the quality is amazing this is a very strong and extremely well made .so many activities for them to do its truly an awsome swing set would highly reccomend

I have a 7 and 3 year old who absolutely love the playset. However, because the way the ladder curves my just barely 3 year old has real hard time climbing up and has fallen through twice, luckily we have rubber mulch to protect her fall but would be nice if Lifetime had multiple options of ladders or stairs to allow independence for young climbers. Given time 3 year old will learn to climb herself but for now mom or dad must assist and spot her.

Was fun and fairly easy to put together. It was my 17 year old daughter and myself who did most of the work with some help from my 11 & 4 year old daughters as well. My wife and myself can both be swinging at the same time with very little movement. Great investment.

Great product, installation was a breeze, did it in less than 12 hours over 2 days with my 9 year old son. Super high quality product, packaging of parts was super intuitive and organized and instructions were easy to follow. Kids love the play set (even love the extra details like the town stamped on the tower so kids can play with matchbox cars, great detail). Truly believe this play set will out last my 4 kids. Love how this set entertains my 3 year old up to my 9 year old, something for all 4 of my kids. Only negative so far is when 2 kids are swinging next to each other the metal joint on top of the swings rubs and makes a very loud and annoying squeaking/screeching sound. Really no way to lube it now, only seems to go away when someone is on the third swing next to monkey bars. Hoping it gets better over time, but a small price to pay for an otherwise amazing play set.

We had an issue with the Lifetime play-set we purchased from a friend and reached out to customer service in attempts to get resolve the issue. Though the problem had absolutely nothing to do with the company or product itself (just a missing part), our customer service rep, Ammon, was incredibly helpful, very pleasant, and went above and beyond to help us with getting the part we needed. Great product! Really solid and easy to put together. Great instructions and they even have videos to watch if you need it. Didn’t have any problems with holes lining up. Put together myself over span of two days with a little assistance from the wife when connecting the swings to the tower.

My kids love this swingset. heavy duty plan on it lasting for many years to come. Took two of us to put most of it together and about 8 hours altogether. Slide is a bit fast for my 4 year old at first. I have a 10 year old and 4 year old and both of them enjoy playing on it.

Sabrina made my request for rusted out parts a breeze. A reply email from the start took a while because of covid, and some of the replacement parts will take a while because of covid to arrive. Other than things out of there control my experience was great.

Every time I spoke to someone in customer service regarding replacement parts for my playset I ended the call thinking I was fully satisfied, however each time the order showed up it was missing parts. This is the fourth time I had to call them trying to get an anchor kit for my playset which was originally requested 3 weeks ago. I’m beginning to know why the companies name is LIFETIME, because while the customer service is great, it takes a lifetime to actually acquire all the parts you need. Hopefully this time they will get the order straight, hey look, my playset just blew down the street!
