Disappointed in Quality

My very first time using this carpet cleaner it broke. The hose that connects the main body to dry/suck to the floor rollers broke. There was no indicator and I was left with soaking wet carpets.

This carpet cleaner is the BOMB. We have owned several carpet scrubbers in the past and this one is by far the most superior. The amount of dirt that this thing picks up is just amazing. And it is so easy to use!

Hoover is the best

I used the Hoover pet carpet cleaner today on my 2 area rugs. The machine cleaned the well as the water was dark grey. I just used hot water from my sink no detergent. Easy to use and easy to clean and take apart all the pieces. Love this machine.

I would buy this cleaner again

The Hoover pet carpet cleaner does a great job. The only problem I have had with it is the cap on the chemical tank came apart. I put it back together, but now it leaks. I have ordered a new one.

Left me hanging …

It broke on me during my 1st use. The water wasn’t sucking back up on the “dry” mode. I watched all the YouTube troubleshoot videos and nothing helped. I’m really bummed out about it, it worked amazing while it was working. :(

Love my Smartwash . Cleans all my pet messes and everything else.High traffic areas super easy to use.This is the easiest carpet cleaner I ever used.Highly recommend. My nozzle broke but was replaced by warranty.

The best carpet cleaner ever!!

I previously owned a Hoover carpet cleaner and it was great but the new Smartwash I bought is amazing! Thank you engineers for designing such a great machine! It cleans great and is easily cleaned! I wouldn't buy anything else.
