Have not even had this product one year! Thought it was a good machine as it did work well while it ran. Turned it on to use for maybe the 5th time & it cut off immediately followed by smoke. Super disappointed!

The product seems to be okay but mine looses its suction frequently. Im sure Im just not getting it together correctly but it shouldnt be this difficult

Easy to use, easy clean up. All the parts come off the machine to clean. My carpets look amazing. I do have a large dog, so carpets needed to be cleaned and the SmartWash did the job.

I used my new cleaner once. After moving furniture, it won't intake dirty water and brushes don't spin. Just splatters gunk everywhere! 3 hrs. troubleshooting and cleaning product. No more Hoover!

This carpet cleaner worked great for 6 months and then suddenly quit dispensing cleaning solution. I emailed customer service and they sent me a new unit the next day for free with no hassling. Excellent support.

Bought this for basic capet cleaning. Has been great spot cleaning and for deep cleaning our car. Alot of accessories for tight spots. When used on our carpet, it brought it back to life. Highly recommend.

We love this cleaner. It works phenomenally and is so easy to use and easy to clean up. It freshens the room and will get out tough stains. Works great for cleaning up after our young dog who will occasionally still have accidents.

So glad I purchased this. It's easy to put together. It's easy to take apart and clean. The hot shot handle is great. Only thing would would have made it easier was if I had a maid to do it for me!!

This works better than the rental machine I always use, it's easy to use and the attachment for the furniture actually works, not like others I have used in the past, love that it came with a bag to hold the hose and it's easy to clean after use

Works great, super deep cleans but most of all is the drying feature its almost completely dry Compared to older styles where you waited with fans blowing it to dry. Have 3 dogs really appreciate!!
