For so many reasons I Love this carpet cleaner! Cleaning carpets are so much easier with this cleaner! You push the cleaner forward to spray the water and when you pull back it automatically sucks the water back in! Just as easy as vacuuming! But what I love most about this cleaner is the ease of cleaning the cleaner once you’re done! You just have to pop off the top panel above the rollers and the rollers come out and just take a sprayer to clean out the area! I’ve had several different kinds of cleaners and this one is by far the Best and My favorite!!

I've only had one other carpet cleaner and it was a hand-me-down so about 15 years old? LOL My new carpet scrubber is so great! There was a learning curve (not long) to figure out how to be consistent with getting the wet cycle to be on. If you go super slow (like snails pace which my last cleaner required), it will flip to dry. And there isn't a way to turn off the soap. You just have to pull it out but that's no big deal. Overall really easy to use. Not as loud as my old one and really effective. The stain stick coming as the handle is super convenient! Really liked that. And got a free battery powered hand vacuum which is teeny but mighty!! Overall I'm thrilled with my new tools!

This Hoover cleaner is the best. Easy to use. Super-easy to clean. Does a fantastic job. I have five cats, hence plenty of hairball stains ... on cream-colored carpeting (previous homeowner's choice), and this machine cleaned them all (not an easy task). I bought this to replace my old Hoover cleaner and was surprised at how much quieter this is - much kinder on the ears.

Very happy with my carpet cleaner! So easy to use and cleaned the previous owner's dog hair filled carpets well.

The best feature is that there is no solution trigger to cramp up your fingers and hand. The machine mixes the clean water and the soap solution itself. A forward push and it washes a backward pull and it suctions the moisture out. It even has a dry button that allows you to suction on both forward and reverse actions. By the sound of the motor, it clicks into a high gear and the carpet is almost bone dry to the touch.

Look I have two dogs neither older than 7 months. I have a pitbull and a basset/beagle. They have been outside for the past two months because I wanted no fleas or dog hair. Needless to say after all the steam cleaning from the Bissels which the motor blew after a year.. but after all the cleaning with it I didn't realize that so much pet hair was still in my carpets.. even take note my dogs were 5 months since last allowed inside.. first use with this Hoover I got close to over two handfuls of pet hair out of my carpet.. just so if anyone sees this review this MACHINE stole my heart.

Please tell this product was designed by a woman, becausethe machine is extremely easy to take apart to clean when you're finished with your carpets I was amazed, the last steam cleaner I had to take screws out to get the thing clean this thing just pops open very easily so that you can clean it it's wonderful I would recommend it to anyone, the reason I asked if it was designed by a woman is because only a woman would know what a pain it is to clean your steam cleaner when you're done, and how frustrating it is to have to take screws out of the cover just to clean the vacuum where dirty water enters the cleaner, it was so easy and the cleaning brushes pop out so easy and back in so easy I was amazed

I've received so many e-mails telling me to review this product. It's wild. Anyway it works pretty well. We've been impressed. Way more work than I imagined to thoroughly clean the device after use, and be mindful of using the dry only feature to get things truly dry.

First time using this machine and had issues with the suction. I would be using it and it would be working great but then just stop sucking up the water. Tank was no where near full. I noticed the hose attachment cover could not close all the way and I pushed it in as hard as it allowed. I thought that would help and it seemed to but then the problem persisted. I could hear it randomly stop the suction. I'd turn it on and off and put it upright again etc. nothing seemed to be a direct cause. I was annoyed and fed up and finally admitted it was a faulty machine that I did not want anymore. It doesn't work properly. It's a shame, because when it did seem to work, it worked great. I returned it. I'll buy a different machine that is similar to my last one.

Just received the product after waiting two and a half weeks. Ordered for Hoover.com and regretted it. Customer service folks were very helpful once they understood that someone on their end input the incorrect city. Ordered ahead of Easter to ensure house was in good order but didn't happen. Products come highly rated so time will tell would recommend not going through Hoover direct for ordering.
