I purchased my first Hoover cleaner 24 years ago. I love the carpet cleaning finished results. The furniture attachment broke 12 years ago. That's the main reason for my new purchase. I purchased the SmartWash because my bissell pet mate quit working. I'm glad I did. The SmartWash is a much better product. First the auto wash as you go forward is fabulous. The brushes clean remarkably great. The machine is light and easy to handle. SmartWash was intelligent to use the auto mixing of cleaner and water. It saves so much time and energy. Along With the super dry feature, suction is awesome. Tanks fill all the way before having to empty which is also a time saver. Overall I love my new SmartWash and recommend anyone to try it!

I used this to clean my carpets in my apartment that were over due for cleaning my old Hoover spin brush cleaner was really good just couldn't get parts any more this system is just as good cleaned my really dirty carpets to new like condition only reason for four stars is the spot wand sprayer doesn't work very well wants to spit and sputter a lot not a steady stream otherwise it's a great system

This is the most awesome carpet cleaner I have ever used. They made it so easy to clean your carpet and everything is automatic!!!! They even took care of cleaning the machine when done, you can clean the brushes and everything before you put it away. I recommend this machine to anyone who cleans their own carpet this is the BEST!!!

This was a good purchase so far no complaints definitely worth every penny. I have four kids and two pets and this steam cleaner cleaned up all the dirt and grime that the carpets had built up over time.... Yes I would definitely recommend this hoover.

Very easy to use and clean. It got out some very old heavy stains from pets and foot traffic. The area in front of our door was almost black and is now almost back to original beige color. Lightens a little more every time I go over it. Most stains came out with the first try. The tough ones remaining are a great deal lighter and should be gone after a couple more passes.

I purchase this carpet cleaner approximately one month ago. July 2020. And I've just used it for the first time an I am totally blown away with the performance of this product. It is light weight, easy to menuver, and having all the solutions on board and at hand.makes this a phenomenal carpet cleaner.

I brought this machine about a month ago, my husband and I just used it this week to clean. It is wonderful, it got up all the old stubborn stains from the grand childrens spills. And there were many, I wish I had thought to take pictures before because it was horrible.

This is such a great cleaner. I have 2 dogs and and 2 kids and it erased any messes they left in my cream rugs. The attachments were great too my dining room chairs look like new! So easy to use and the dry only feature is amazing the floors were dry in no time!

I've used this carpet cleaner once and it was truly as easy as they said! I shampooed my carpet and went over it a couple of times with just water and then dried it. Thanks to my anxious dog barfing on it, it was time to put it together and try it out. So easy. I'll be reaching for this handy shampooer again and again. My carpet was so soft and I didn't cringe when my twin grandsons played on it. It wasn't complicated in any way and if I can use it, anyone can :).
