The man who usually cleaned my carpeting was not available because of COVID. I was uncomfortable also to have anyone else come into my house during this time. I decided to clean the carpet myself and bought the Hoover SmartWash Pet Complete machine. I was surprised at how much easier it was to operate than my previous Hoover cleaning machines. I love that it self measures the cleaning solution with the water. I like that it has a drying function on it. It is also lighter than my previous carpet cleaning machines. I am very happy I made the purchase.

I looked for months for a carpet cleaner and finally settled on this one - I couldn't be happier about that decision! I've already cleaned the whole house 3x because this machine is so easy to use, and quite frankly... its fun to use :) If you're debating on this, or a Dyson, or any other similar item, I HIGHLY recommend this one. You WON'T regret it!

There is noting worse than your home smelling like wet dog. If you have pets and carpet in your home you need this Carpet Cleaner. It is very easy to use and powerful. I was able to quickly clean my living room carpet. After it looked like new and smelled very fresh!

I like this machine. Easy to assemble. Easy to fill with product and water. Easy to clean. The parts are labeled so you know where to put the water container or spot cleaner. Worked very well on my rugs. Used spot cleaner and it did good on some spots and did ok on other spots like pet mistakes. Lightweight to handle. Would recommend this machine.

This cleaner is so easy to use.Best feature is machine mixes the solution and water automatically and also thank holds decent amount of water so you don't have to refill frequently.Suction of the cleaner is fantastic.It is really a value for money product.

I was amazed at what this machine pulled out of my carpets. Better suction than more expensive machines I've tried. Lightweight & easy to pull out for spills or pet messes. I'd love another one since the motor fried after only 6 months, but not willing to risk it.

I used the cleaner just a few days after it was delivered. The unit worked well and the drying feature really worked. The pretreat wand was a let down dispensing just a feeble trickle. I changed the batteries and got a less feeble trickle. Too bad as it was one of the features I was hoping would work.

We cleaned an area run in computer room and a wall-to-wall carpet in our family room. Machine is easy to use. I washed it once with solution, dried it (heat only), wash it with water only, and dried it again (heat only). Was able to move furniture back in the next day. I left a fan running overnight. I still need to clean the staircase, I need to go online and find a video on how to clean stairs. In another month, I may reclean the family room since that run was not cleaned in 25 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited and couldn't wait to try my new Hoover carpet cleaner and upon receiving it I cleaned all my area rugs and bedroom carpets. In conjunction with the various cleaning solutions I purchased from Hoover it performed magnificantly. I would definitely recommend for others to try it.

Was waiting (Im)patiently for it to arrive... So worth the wait! Was able to shampoo my furniture as well as area rugs. Needed since the grand pups and grand cats came to visit with my cats and then the smoke from the fires around us. House smells so good again! Furniture looks so fresh! So very pleased with this purchase. Have had other machines..this by far is the easiest to set up and clean/tear down. Love it!
