I'm so happy that we bought this shampooer it did a really really great job on our carpet. Our carpet was way over due for cleaning and then we bought this shampooer and now our carpet looks fabulous. Thanx for inventing this wonderful product it saved us a lot of money in the end.

I'm a YouTuber and do clean with me videos. This carpet cleaner was recommended to me as I would usually hand clean my carpet. I read reviews before purchasing and was thinking, "ok.. worth a try". Let me tell you, this carpet cleaner gets the job done. We don't have pets, but we have 3 small children! This has been a game changer in our house and I was thinking about buying my mom one for Mother's Day!

I purchased the Smartwash after using a professional service. I was not satisfied with the outcome. The smart wash carpet shampooer did a far better job than the professional service. They left the carpet wet and a few days later the carpet looked the same as before having it "cleaned". The smart wash dries the carpet minutes after cleaning and I am very pleased with the outcome.

The Hoover Smartwash PET Carpet Cleaner worked great on my carpets. I recently adopted a new puppy and had many areas to clean. The process was easy and the carpets took little time to dry after the complete process. Unfortunately a piece broke of one of the parts and I will need to replace the part. I don't believe this should have happened after one use.

Whether you have pets or not, this cleaner is amazing! I have taken it to my daughter's house and a friend's house just to show them how well it works. I've had other steam cleaners including a hoover, but this cleaner outdoes all of them. Push the cleaner forward to wash. Pull it back to dry. Plus you can operate in a dry mode only. It's just so easy!! I absolutely love this machine!!

This carpet cleaner is one of the best around. It worked on deep set in stains that never came out with my old rug cleaner. It was lighter to push and is easy to clean. Would recommend this product to anyone that asked about carpet cleaners. This product is a god sent.

I bought this product in the spring. I have used it a few times since. The function of the main cleaner works great. However, the reason I spent extra to purchase this one instead of the regular Smartwash carpet cleaner was for the Spot Chaser pretreat wand. I had a small animal that made frequent small stains. The wand has disappointed me. The pretreat solution comes out in a stream, not in a spray pattern, so It takes a lot to cover a small stain. I can get much better coverage just using a spray bottle. It wasn't worth the extra money. I recommend getting the regular SmartWash cleaner.

I am so happy with my new hoover carpet cleaner. It's by far the best carpet cleaner that I have ever used. And so happy that it is easy to clean after using it. The carpet cleaner is worth every penny. I haven't had it vary long and I feel like it paid for itself the first time I used it. I have two dog's and two cat's in and out of the house along with the kids They track in a lot of sand and dirt And the carpet stains from spills My new hoover carpet is a work horse. My carpets look great. I didn't have very much hope that they could be cleaned. I was ready to throw them out. Love love this machine, I purchase this a week ago and my first use of the machine was today, and when I tell you this is the best one that I have purchase this far! I have purchase the Bissel than I went to the kirby the kirby is good but the resolver is not big at all and it took me all day to shampoo my carpet water waste everywhere than having to go back over there area the cost $$$$ So I decided to purchase the hoover after watching it on tv. I say I might have a winner with this one. I use it for the first time today and when I tell you this machine is the best I have purchase it is thus far the best. The quality and what this machine can do, it took my breath away. Hoover you have a new customer. I am so happy and please this machine. It just takes my breath on how clean my carpet look and the fact that I do have to constantly stop and have an all day process on one room. Love, Love. I had a old Hoover rug shampooer, which I like but this one is lighter to use, my rugs are old with a pet that isn't house broken and it works FANTASTIC. It cost alot but it was worth it. I can't say enough about how great this is. I haven't tried the attachments yet but I will soon. Like I said I can't say enough about how great this product is. Thank you
