I've only had one other carpet cleaner and it was a hand-me-down so about 15 years old? LOL My new carpet scrubber is so great! There was a learning curve (not long) to figure out how to be consistent with getting the wet cycle to be on. If you go super slow (like snails pace which my last cleaner required), it will flip to dry. And there isn't a way to turn off the soap. You just have to pull it out but that's no big deal. Overall really easy to use. Not as loud as my old one and really effective. The stain stick coming as the handle is super convenient! Really liked that. And got a free battery powered hand vacuum which is teeny but mighty!! Overall I'm thrilled with my new tools!

For so many reasons I Love this carpet cleaner!  Cleaning carpets are so much easier with this cleaner!  You push the cleaner forward to spray the water and when you pull back it automatically sucks the water back in!  Just as easy as vacuuming!  But what I love most about this cleaner is the ease of cleaning the cleaner once you’re done!  You just have to pop off the top panel above the rollers and the rollers come out and just take a sprayer to clean out the area!  I’ve had several different kinds of cleaners and this one is by far the Best and My favorite!!

Easiest Cleaner in Soo many ways!!!

This Hoover cleaner is the best.  Easy to use.  Super-easy to clean.  Does a fantastic job.  I have five cats, hence plenty of hairball stains ... on cream-colored carpeting (previous homeowner's choice), and this machine cleaned them all (not an easy task).  I bought this to replace my old Hoover cleaner and was surprised at how much quieter this is - much kinder on the ears.

First time Carpet Cleaner purchase

I have already used my cleaner, and it works so well! I have 2 dogs & during the 4th of July with the fireworks, my dogs got so worked up they were vomiting. I cleaned the spots by hand, but it wouldn't come totally clean. With this machine, I was able to pretreat the area and then clean the area with the machine and it came right out! This carpet cleaner is a must have if you have pets!

Greetings, I was so surprised at the ease of control in cleaning my carpets,rugs and upholstery. A woman surely designed this : ) I like the attachments are not hanging on the machine. A Convenient bag included holds all that. My daughter has a Kirby that I never borrowed because if the weight. She loves this cleaner. Her dog threw up in her 2019 toyota and she cleaned it with the upholstery tool. This is Number 1. My carpet looks new again and old spots are gone. i always research first on a purchase so please hear me when I say, This is a breeze to use and clean. Made right . dee dee

Absolutely love this machine

I purchased my first Hoover cleaner 24 years ago. I love the carpet cleaning finished results. The furniture attachment broke 12 years ago. That's the main reason for my new purchase. Love Hoover carpet cleaners!

I've had the cleaner a little over a month and it was a great purchase. I own two dogs and there are accidents. The unit makes quick work of the stains. I also use Clean Complements additive and all the odors are eliminated. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Easy to use and maintain. Does a great cleaning job

I've received so many e-mails telling me to review this product. It's wild. Anyway it works pretty well. We've been impressed. Way more work than I imagined to thoroughly clean the device after use, and be mindful of using the dry only feature to get things truly dry.

Spam e-mails that just don't stop, but a good product

First time using this machine and had issues with the suction. I would be using it and it would be working great but then just stop sucking up the water. Tank was no where near full. I noticed the hose attachment cover could not close all the way and I pushed it in as hard as it allowed. I thought that would help and it seemed to but then the problem persisted. I could hear it randomly stop the suction. I’d turn it on and off and put it upright again etc. nothing seemed to be a direct cause. I was annoyed and fed up and finally admitted it was a faulty machine that I did not want anymore. It doesn’t work properly. It’s a shame, because when it did seem to work, it worked great. I returned it. I’ll buy a different machine that is similar to my last one.

I've had dogs for over 30 years and accidents happen. I've used other products and been satisfied not sure what possessed me but this week I bought the neutralizing defend instead of just straight cleaner. Whatever enzymatic action takes place to neutralize let's off a horribly disgusting intolerable odor I cleaned the rug in one small area in the bedroom left home for several hours came back and as soon as I opened my door to my home wanted to throw up. I tried cleaning again I tried baking soda I've lit candles I've used spray for breeze and my entire house still is permeated by a disgusting smell I think I'm going to end up having to remove the rug and throw it away I'm sure it's because of whatever enzyme breakdown chemical is in this cleaner and how it reacted to the pet urine that I was much much happier with just my Hoover regular carpet shampoo I've now ruined my rug and can't hardly sleep overnight due to the disgusting odor.
