I'm completely in love with this carpet shampooer! I have a husband, 2 kids, and a dog. Everyone here thinks they can just basically make a mess on the floor now because this shampooer takes every stain out! I've had stains that were there for years come out after 1 use. I have allergies and my newborn loves to be on the floor. So having a clean carpet is very important. I have been paying a company come every month to shampoo but I've actually got better results doing it myself with this shampooer. It's extremely light and takes no time to set up. The trick is to first use hot water and go over your carpet. Then use the stain concentrate. Then follow up with cold water to remove all soap. If you do that then your carpets will look, smell, feel brand new. The shampooer does come with attachments to do your stairs and or furniture. You will not be disappointed with this shampooer. It gets our hair and dirt that you can't see normally. My dog and I both shed and this pulls up everything! I feel so much more comfortable with having my baby on the carpets now.

We live on a small homestead and have 3 dogs that are constantly in and out. this machine has surpassed all of the other ones we have purchased in the past! My only (personal) complaint is the lack of the traditional trigger to release the water. I love the concept but I am personally having a hard time adjusting, haha! The hose is amazing too! I shampoo the furniture and this baby has really great suction!

I had recently bought a vacuum that I was sold on for my dog's hair and when I saw the carpet cleaner. I knew it was going to be a great product. I sat on the cleaner for about 2 months before. I actually started using it and when I used it. It only lasted three carpets by the fourth carpet the cleaner No longer works the components on the spinners wore out and it didn't work anymore.

I bought this because it offers lots of cool features. However, some of these features are more restrictive than helpful. For example, push forward and it washes. Then pull back it dries. The problem is trying to work a stain out. You sometimes need a good wash before you can dry it. Instead going back and forth ends up getting part of the stain out and drying the rest of the stain into the carpet. It has a button for "dry" only but doesnt have a button for "wash only". Sometimes you need a deep cleaning before you dry it. This isnt for deep cleaning stains from kids and dogs. If it did, i would be a perfect shampooer. Unfortunately now that i have used a few times, i can't take return it. I am now forced to buy another shampooer to get the remaining stain out of the carpet.

I bought this Hoover smartwatch during the pandemic and I love it it's the best carpet cleaner I've ever had the only thing is is I loaned it out to a friend and it came back broken but the good thing is is I just ordered the part that she broke thank God because I don't know what I do without my Hoover smartwatch

Tried it the same day that I received it. It was easy to assemble and operate.This machine is such an improvement from my 6 year old machine. The pretreat solution in the wand is great and now I don't have to carry around a squirt bottle to treat stains. The carpet cleaner does an amazing job of cleaning up the dirt and debris that my 2 dogs bring in from the yard, as well as their daily slobber. The best feature is the "dry button" which insures you have all the solution extracted from the carpet. Love it!

My machine has a Year's use and rarely been used and it stopped working Midway through cleaning my carpets. Not very happy as it was expensive and if it doesn't get fixed I'm really going to be upset can't seem to get a hold of anyone to help me I did everything possible by the instructions on how to use it with the proper shampoos and everything and always kept it clean after use don't understand why my machine stopped working completely

When my husband saw the infomercial and had me order the carpet cleaner I was very skeptical. Things on infomercials never work as well as they show on tv. Until now! This is a great carpet cleaner. So easy to use and sucks up so much dirty water you will be amazed. I love this machine!

I bought this to clean my floors. my animals shed everywhere especially the dog. I want to be comfortable in my own home. It is easy to use and works well . the machine is easy to push and move around . I can lift the tank and fill it with the cleaner quickly. I only had to go over the floors once .

I got this a few weeks ago. It is amazing! I love it. I have a dog and needed a good carpet cleaner. This works so well. It is so easy to use and cleans my carpets so well, I am very pleased. I like that the machine automatically mixes the water and solution. Also, I don't even have to use a trigger to dispense the solution because the Hoover smartwash does it automatically. Love it!!!
