Easy to use and very handy product ever . I would like to try another Hoover product because its result is amazing and nice spot cleaning ...............................................................................................:...:::;,...........................::::::.................

The motor burned out within 1 year The belt for brushes break every 1-2 months The treatment gun doesn't spray (but you can hear the motor) No easy way to dump the waste liquid (it's really annoying!) Basically, it looks nice, seems to do the job well when it works but overall it really really is a bad design.

I've had this for about two weeks and I'm absolutely glad I got it. This smart wash pet complete carpet cleaner is the best thing that happened to my house. I love that it gets the pet hair and pet smell up. The stains that I had on my carpet it brought all of them up. I like that this shampooer is easy to use and it's light. It is very good quality. I also like that it's easy to use on my furniture. I would recommend this to anyone it's amazing.

I just used my new Hoover Smart Wash this evening on my living room large area rug. It was very easy to use. I washed, rinsed and then dried the area rug with the heat-dry feature. The rug is still damp after an hour, so I am letting it dry for several hours before replacing furniture on the rug. The machine is as easy to use as a vacuum cleaner. A bit heavier, due to the water tank, but still very easy to maneuver! I am in my 70's, and it was a breeze ! Very happy with this product. My 8 year old rug looks brand new !

I have used this product to clean carpets and upholstery. It cleans well but is cheaply made of 75% plastic, the suction nozzle broke after two months and the pretreat wand broke after 3 months, and the rotating attachment for spot cleaning broke after 1 month. Sadly no warranty past 30 days like most brick and mortar stores offer. NO replacement parts available anywhere. Dont waste your money!

We live on a small homestead and have 3 dogs that are constantly in and out. this machine has surpassed all of the other ones we have purchased in the past! My only (personal) complaint is the lack of the traditional trigger to release the water. I love the concept but I am personally having a hard time adjusting, haha! The hose is amazing too! I shampoo the furniture and this baby has really great suction!

Have only used this carpet cleaner a handful of times to clean carpet or spot clean. No problems till this week when I went to use it. It ran for a few minutes and started making a weird sound. We shut it off and checked everything was clear inside no blockages. Turned it back on and it smelled like it was burning and making a horrible sound. We are assuming the motor went out in it. Have not even had it a full year. Very disappointed after convincing my husband that we should buy one and it burns up like this. Needless to say he is as unhappy as I am.

I love this vacuum . I have two small dogs two kids and well they sure can get carpet dirty and this pet smart carpet cleaner is amazing . But now I can't get a part for it they don't have it so that really sad my brush head won't spin becase of a part that dose not spin from in the the carpet cleaner that hold the brush and make it spin .

I bought this Hoover smartwatch during the pandemic and I love it it's the best carpet cleaner I've ever had the only thing is is I loaned it out to a friend and it came back broken but the good thing is is I just ordered the part that she broke thank God because I don't know what I do without my Hoover smartwatch

I love this carper cleaner. It is light weight & very easy to use. I've went through several carpet cleaners, they have all been bulking & very hard to clean. This one is so convenient to take apart and clean, even the roller brushes are easy to pop off & put back on. I don't dread having to clean the carpets like I used to because of previous carpet cleaners, I would spend more time trying to clean it up after shampooing the carpets than I did shampooing the carpets. This cleaner takes about 5 mins or less. The cleaning solution it came with is great & smells good. I didn't receive the spot cleaner that it comes with now so I can't comment on that, but I'm sure it's just as good as the solution. I'm interested in trying the new "pods" they've come out with, as soon as I do I'll leave a review on those too! Buy the carpet cleaner, it's worth it & you won't regret it!
