My rug is white and fluffy so it gets dingy looking pretty fast. I use this shampooer weekly at night while everyone is going to bed so it can dry completely by the morning. This shampooer does an amazing job at getting my rug looking fresh and clean. You can definitely see all the dirt by the darkness of the dirty water that it is pulling up off the rug. I am so glad I went with this specific model. Worth the purchase.

We just recently bought this Hoover for the features and for what it's suppose to do. We will need a little more using time to really evaluate it. But to date hit has performed very well. Stains not coming up right away and need to see if it will soon.

This has been slowly restoring their original beauty and removing all odors with ease. I've wanted one for so long but was waiting for the exact one I wanted. The wand makes pretreating simple. It's light weight and easy to maneuver.

I bought this last month and have used it to clean three of the rooms upstairs and the couch and loveseat and the carpet downstairs in the family room. It did a really good job and it really is easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone. Oh, I almost forgot to say that the machine is so easy to clean when you are finished.

I recently purchased my Hoover love it gets my room done very quickly very easy to use no mixing solution. Spot cleaner very convenient.I like the dry only option get my carpet dry fast.Very easy to clean unit and brushes when finished using. I purchased the complete unit with full size shampoo and extra accessories You get everything you need to start right away.Overall definitely recommend.So far so good

I decided to buy this carpet cleaner for a few reasons. Even though i have a dog, he never does anything in the house, but he does track in dirt from the outside especially when it rains. Another reason is the fact that carpet cleaning has gotten way to expensive. I did my research online and the fact that the hoover has a 5 year warrant made it easy for me to decide which one is the best. I did not have a chance to use it until yesterday and was thoroughly surprised at the way it cleaned and dried at the same time. Dry time was cut in half compared to other carpet steam cleaner companies. i am very satisfied with this machine and I recommend it to anyone.

I bought this Hoover after seeing a post on Facebook and then going to the Hoover website. This Hoover Petsmart is very simple to use I love the fact that it has a no brainer use and that's good for me. You just push it forward and push the water on the floor pull back and it sucks it up push a button to suck up any extra water and it's easy to clean. I would recommend this instead of having Stanley Steamer come to my house , I now can save money by doing it myself it's well worth the investmentI, I only wish that they would give you free carpet cleaner and spot cleaner for one year after purchasing that would be a big plus.

The video makes this look as easy to use as a vaccuum, but the truth is it is not. It leaks water everywhere, and you are cautioned not to use it near hardwood floors, which means forget cleaning all my area rugs in the house...oh but wait, you cannot use it outside either.

I got this new carpet cleaner a few weeks ago. I tried it on one little spot using the little "trial size" spot treatment and shampoo and was really impressed by how clean it got the carpet! But then I had to wait a few days for the bigger jugs to arrive. It was well worth the wait!! We have tried SO MANY others and at first they seemed to work, but when they dried, the spots always cam back. And it would take at least 12-18 hours to dry with a fan on it. This Hoover SmartWash Pet Complete is AMAZING!! It took less than an hour to dry completely and it cleans so much deeper than any we have ever used before. Now all of my carpet looks so clean and spot free! And it is SO EASY to use! And clean up is a snap too!! I really do love this machine!!!

So we have as many as 5 Goldens at a time in our home. My family room carpet was filthy. The cleaner did a great job getting it clean. It did take 2 times but there was pet urine spots that needed extra work.
