Very hard to use. Even I paid for Tax expert. I used Turbo tax for mor than 15 years. But this yr the app was very difficult to use, even I had to pay extra $60 for Tax expert. I called 5 times, waste my time too much

TurboTax does not allow organization names for charitable deductions to be placed in alphabetical order. With over 30 entires, I keep having to search the list for the correct charity. PLEASE put organizations in alphabetical order!

I'm not going use turbotax again on my future tax return. Because not allow me to pay the fee with credit card it it force me to pay with my return, so intuit can charged $40.

Super-fast and easy to use. You have scroll more than necessary to get to the next step but overall, a great experience. The instructions are clear and the help buttons are easy to find and read.

I have been using Turbotax for 20 years and am always satisfied with the results of using the software. Its easy and intuitive and I wouldn't use anything else. Highly recommend!

Instructions and self-guided option were self-explanatory, easy to follow and highlighted areas/questions/options that needed to be addressed as I was going through all the sections.

I have been using TT for over 20 years. Everything transfers great even depreciation items. but this year I couldn't find the save return tab.....so I'm assuming it saves on its own.

Getting worse every year - for example - trying to find how to file for a federal extension to file was very convoluted even using the AI assistant or the embedded search and help features

Using for 20+years...customer oriented for the least technical person...truly enjoy the interactiveness and the conversational approach...like the live tax expert opportunity if required...will continue to use and advocate to others...Dr S

Fire the dumb guy who force people to use Windows 11 and stop with the AI suggestions. They are horrible. Will try to move to a different platform now after 20 years of using this.
