Importing doesn't overlay last year's data so an extra step is required to get rid of $0 sources. It decided not to print my Electronic Filing Instructions for the first time ever. Help is antiquated and sorely needs AI.

Canadian pensioner bug was insistent I was Canadian with no way to remove. I've been using TurboTax for well over a decade this has been the worst version.

I have been doing my own and my family taxes for about 5 years with Turbo tax home and office. I have never been disappointed with the results. It is really easy to use and there is always support from the Turbo tax team to guide you through it.

I have been using TurboTax for decades an it has helped me work through multiple tax scenarios. This year I had file with a shared health premium and the software apparently could not compute my situation. what a headache, very disappointed.

Im different from most in that i fill in the numbers and mark each item that i post I then go back a second time to check my entries. On the second time it is confusing when i have to start at the topic page.to find where my next item is found.

Been Turbo Tax user for over 15 years- 2025 is the WORST ever tried to use- loops back- asks same questions, requires multiple entries of same information.-- constant updates- NOT PLEASED with 2025 edition.

Would have been beneficial to show impact of State not taxing military retirement AND how the "no tax on seniors for social security" affected the Federal return.

I only wanted to download the software to my mac book and then complete my taxes. I did not like that it was not straightforward to do so. I did not want my information to be in the turbo tax cloud.

Not user friendly, jump to online filing all the time. and this on line filing is not advance. It start with W2 form, and both of us do not have W2 form.

The merging process from my brokage account is not as smooth as prior years. e.g. When interest and dividends were posted to my turbo tax account, stocks were not posted.
