Very difficult to enter expiration month in credit card payment for e-filing. I can't scroll down to month number 12. I had to use a different card with July (07) expiration month. I can't believe that this QA issue was not addressed up to now.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Every year it seems to get worse. I did not like the GUI interface. Bulky and cumbersome. It has really gotten expensive for all the versions.

Process is straightforward and allows some flexibility in choosing which area on which to work. Finding the forms after filling them out can be a little difficult. Accuracy checking is very helpful. Excellent features for doing self-filing.

In accurate codes on K-1 and IRS forces user to generate form 3468 as "D" on IRS generates Energy Creits in Turbo Tax which is not correct. Issue/bug is all over the internet-FIX IT!

It was easy follow and Turbo tax was very helpful. I did have some questions, called and the answer them to get me back on track. I would recommend turbo tax to others, who want to do there own taxes.

I liked the old Turbotax. I do NOT like all the attempts to get me to pay for extra services. I couldn't even get out of this STUPID review. I actually got more angry after I got stuck in this review!!!!!!!

it help a lot and easy to filled. It easy to follow up and understanding where we can left off. Also when we back up it easy to check it again. And at the end, it remind us to review it again or error.

I have 2 dependents on my tax return, but the 1095-A deduction section did not provide a selection for my dependent, there was no way for me to add their name for me to report.

Filing has become so complex I do not know what I would do without it, especially because it pulls and processes your W-2s and 1099s automatically. Data entry is also kept at a minimum by saving information from the previous year tax return.

TurboTax continues to be a terrific product - easy to use, drops the proper contextual hints to make sure details are not forgotten, and handles the whole process. I never worry about the quality of the results.
