Clunky when asking for same information several times. Have to pay $25 filing fee for college-age children who didn't make enough to pay any taxes. Will use other provider if they can import last year's info and ease up on the filing fees.

There should be a more efficient method of paying for audit defense, support, and electronic filing. Maybe use a prepaid credit that you can choose during the preparation of the return. Having to enter my credit card every time is annoying.

Overall Good. When there are issues with a worksheet rather than ask for corrections or an ansewr why don't you direct us to the sheet to make the crection instead? I find it very confusing that you don't do that.

Been Turbo Tax user for over 15 years- 2025 is the WORST ever tried to use- loops back- asks same questions, requires multiple entries of same information.-- constant updates- NOT PLEASED with 2025 edition.

Took too long to start, had to download and update, then it would not open 2024, finally got that done. for some reason, I am unable to save a pdf of my tax returns, only a print option.
