The worksheet for Kentucky's Schedule P has room for only ONE work history retirement. Schedule P has room for more than one. Some people have more than one retirement.

MUCH Different and Much Harder that It has been in the last 20 years of using Turbo TAX I will consider an alternate product next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the product, but it always feels like I'm being scammed with the fees. Really unconscionable to charge $25 for state efile after just purchasing the state.

2025 version dropped Windows 10 compatibility. When it is restored for 2025 and future versions I will raise the score to 7. If Windows 10 compatibility had been maintained without interruption my score would be 9.

I've used TurboTax for years but this year was not as simple. First, trying to download it was timely and disappointing. Also, on four occasions, the program locked and I had to force my MAC to quit.

Generally, pretty good. I've used TT for 30 years or so. I always need to engage the help line at some point for most returns. I do several family members' fillings every year. Assistants are pretty universally helpful and courteous.

1. Can't enlarge TT's very small font 2. Can't alphabetize charities 3. This year TT steered me to online program which I found to be user unfriendly 4. Price increases 5. It's deductible is done. Terrible

Program is easy to use. Have used TurboTax for several years. I have a business and the program does a great job at gettig to all the areas that need worked on.

This years version was very difficult to follow the instructions. It tended to lead the preparer into traps that the preparer didn't really want to do.

Would have been beneficial to show impact of State not taxing military retirement AND how the "no tax on seniors for social security" affected the Federal return.
