I have used Intuit TurboTax for years and my one complaint is that navigating to a different section is rather somewhat difficult, and I chose this version TurboTax Desktop for it is more secure than an online version, but to navigate to a different section, like to get to find the section where you can enter your estimated tax payments required you to go online. It is the navigating to different sections to enter your data that HAS ALWAYS been very difficult. Note: I graduated from Virginia Tech or more correctly, from Verginia Polytechnic Institute with a BS in physics, with honors. I doubt anyone will ever actually read this suggestion, but I started using Intuit TurboTax when it first came back, anything was better than using the forms available in the US Post Office, or in libraries.

I like the fact that T-tax keeps all my info from my previous return. I am accustomed to the question and answer method of inputting my w2s, 1099s, etc. However, I think that the company should offer discounts based on the number of years of customer loyalty. I literally get nothing. I don't even get a free state file. It seems like the cost rises, with no recognition for loyalty. I tried a free service online, and they had an easier upload option for many of the w2s and other forms I need to enter. I really liked that convenience. In the end I came back to T-tax because it is familiar to me. It is a very good product, but also expensive. I would give 5 stars if they showed some love for my loyalty.

I am a knowledgeable user and find the product very useful. However, I have noticed that over the years, the help feature has become cumbersome and cluttered with efforts to sell more products than answer a simple question. I find that the answers to my questions can be found more quickly and easiily through AI applications.

The combination of TurboTax and the business version of Quicken makes filing a much easier process. My only suggestion is that moving the schedule C information for Quicken to Turbotax could be simplified with some improved assistance. The combination of products saves me a lot of time and money. I am a legal resident of Massachusetts, my wife is a legal resident of California. To file in two states, we didn't know on the personal info screen we should say "married but not filing together " .

TurboTax continues to be a terrific product - easy to use, drops the proper contextual hints to make sure details are not forgotten, and handles the whole process. I never worry about the quality of the results.

I liked the old Turbotax. I do NOT like all the attempts to get me to pay for extra services. I couldn't even get out of this STUPID review. I actually got more angry after I got stuck in this review!!!!!!!
