Pretty much same as in prior years, except we received a NYS Inflation Refund with no designated place to declare it or explanation in TurboTax!!!!!!!!

Ypu just keep making it harder and harder. I have used turboTax Business for 15 years. it used to be user friendly. I will see about a competitor next year!!!!

This is the first time I used Turbo Tax online instead of desktop version. It was difficult to jump back into where I was last working or maneuver through items i needed to update.

The desktop is very easy to use and understand what is going on when you want to search out a dollar amount and how Turbo tax came up with the amount. Very easy to access tax form the study what is going on when you have a question about something.

Great product which I've used for years. However, because you required Windows 11 to use the product for 2025, I had to buy a new computer. This is certainly not customer focused.

You should not have stop giving support to windows 10 the half a yr before it was removed from service by Microsoft. You force me to file late in more than 20 yrs. Start giving support to Linux software already!

EASE OF USE, HOWEVER AFTER MY INITIAL FILING, i NEEDED TO FILE AN AMENDED STATE RETURN. i WAS UNABLE TO DO SO, EVEN THOUGH i FILED MY ORIGINAL THROUGH TURBOTAX, AND IT WAS ACCEPTED, AND REFUND ISSUED.

I've been using TT since it was MacInTax Being pestered to buy something I don't need gets more annoying every year. I'll be using different software next year and thereafter.

The back and forth between online and through the app is confusing. I bought the program so that I can do some family member returns. A couple of them have returns that do not work online. I had trouble getting back to where I was after an update.

Turbotax allows me to take my time and make sure eveything I need is included when doing my taxes. I can see the numbers and understand what and why I am putting certain numbers in.
