When I ran the check of the tax returns and some errors were listed, I had difficulty finding where to correct some of them. The reference was to the IRS forms but it wasn't easy to find the corrections in Turbotax.

I've been using Turbo Tax for my income tax return for over 30 years because it is easy step-by-step procedure and fast enough to report tax on time every year.

Some parts of last year's return were coming up and were helpful to filling out this year while other parts were not. Make it easier to find where to input payroll taxes/business expenses.

Nice guide through and relatively easy, would be nice to see actual worksheets as you are working on them. Couldn't find way to search the worksheets to compare with last year.

Can't leave and get back in without lots of effort; can't scroll through credit card expiration dates on the screen where you pay to file, didn't ask how to set up payment for state taxes. It's a piece of crap. Never again.

smooth and safety its very easy to install and fill the forms, and very easy to submit our forms to IRS, no others can look what your incoming and spending, very good!

I love the annual experience with TurboTax, especially the fact that its process, reference tabs and information access remain consistent, and doesn't automatically "update changes" to the program. Thank you.

Software works well but the price model is ridiculous. If you need to file for 2 states you not only have to buy the 2nd state for $40, the charge you $25 each to efile them...

Everything was perfect until I went to Efile. The program would not allwm o pay the $25.00 State Efile charge or allow me to eFile. I eFiled my Federal Taxes and received a text message that my State taxes were accpted. Odd

We have used TurboTax every year since it was first introduced and have been very satisfied with the product. Prefer the desktop version for ease of handling, without worry over internet issues.
