The combination of TurboTax and the business version of Quicken makes filing a much easier process. My only suggestion is that moving the schedule C information for Quicken to Turbotax could be simplified with some improved assistance. The combination of products saves me a lot of time and money. As always, directions are clear and concise. If you have good reading comprehension, using the product should be easy. The only negative this year was the loss of the donation calculator. It took me hours longer than normal to enter the charitable donations because each item had to be entered in its entirety. Don't know why that particular feature was removed but you would be doing everyone a big favor if you would put it back in next year's version. I almost dropped the rating to 4 stars because of this, but decided that on the whole, TurboTax does deserve a 5 star rating.

I am a knowledgeable user and find the product very useful. However, I have noticed that over the years, the help feature has become cumbersome and cluttered with efforts to sell more products than answer a simple question. I find that the answers to my questions can be found more quickly and easiily through AI applications.

I have use Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. I'm comfortable with it. I work in the tax profession so it is easy for me to use. I had problems with the download this time. I wasn't downloading all the information. I thought I was going to have to call for help. The program is pretty pushy about purchasing your tax advise. It almost was a turn off. It holds you hostage from moving to the next page. I'd prefer to receive the CD. I need something tangible.

After many years using TT, I am no longer sure I'll use it in the future. There were too many delays and goofy things on a couple areas. Pay for state e filing -- I wasn't able "Check back later." Try a different card -- it wouldn't let me. Never happened before.

I have input the necessary data to create the 2025 W2 and W3. The forms are visible on the screen. When I attempt to print, all data is put in 2024 forms and NOT 2025. I have deleted and reentered and this happens repeatedly. When I use the 'easy' version offered by Intuit, as an alternative, it does not complete the boxes correctly and does not mirror the prior year as to the employer.

I was trying to use turbo tax for my granddaughter who is a door dasher. I was told by first agent that I needed to buy the home and business upgrade in doing so it did not resolve the iinformation I was looking for so I called back turbo tax agent who also walked me though the process of filling out information for 1099 NEC and let me know I did not have to pay the additional upgrade Lesson learning on that.. Sometimes you have to call back several times to get the right answer

The very first time I opened TurboTax to work on my tax filing prep, the very first task I came to was the W2/1099 NEC/1099 MISC. The instructions were wrong, telling me to input each date I paid out a subcontractor, even though I had paid out the same subcontractor 28 times in 2025. Secondly, there was a link right below the 1099 NEC "see an example". When I clicked on it a window opened that stated "there is no content to the context" Bogus!!!

It has been many years since I used TurboTax to do my taxes and instead, I have used an accountant. In 2024, it cost more than $1,200.00 to get my taxes done. This year (2025) it cost around $170 all-in including access to a live tax consultant and my state e-file fee! Simple, easy, timely and I feel very confident in the results. TurboTax literally walks you through and explains everything. Will definitely use it again!

I bought the desktop version and began filing, but had some hiccups and tried refiling through the website and got different numbers. This was confusing to me, however, after reviewing both, I realized the issue and synced everything together and was able get my taxes filed.
