I bought the desktop version and began filing, but had some hiccups and tried refiling through the website and got different numbers. This was confusing to me, however, after reviewing both, I realized the issue and synced everything together and was able get my taxes filed.

I have use Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. I'm comfortable with it. I work in the tax profession so it is easy for me to use. I had problems with the download this time. I wasn't downloading all the information. I thought I was going to have to call for help. The program is pretty pushy about purchasing your tax advise. It almost was a turn off. It holds you hostage from moving to the next page. I'd prefer to receive the CD. I need something tangible.

The combination of TurboTax and the business version of Quicken makes filing a much easier process. My only suggestion is that moving the schedule C information for Quicken to Turbotax could be simplified with some improved assistance. The combination of products saves me a lot of time and money. After many years using TT, I am no longer sure I'll use it in the future. There were too many delays and goofy things on a couple areas. Pay for state e filing -- I wasn't able "Check back later." Try a different card -- it wouldn't let me. Never happened before.

I was trying to use turbo tax for my granddaughter who is a door dasher. I was told by first agent that I needed to buy the home and business upgrade in doing so it did not resolve the iinformation I was looking for so I called back turbo tax agent who also walked me though the process of filling out information for 1099 NEC and let me know I did not have to pay the additional upgrade Lesson learning on that.. Sometimes you have to call back several times to get the right answer

On my first attempt doing my 2025 tax return, when I wanted to go back and add another W2 that I received, it wasn't letting me. I was clicking "update" on the personal income section and it was taking me back to h whole list with all the items. I clicked on Forms couldn't do anything still. I updated the software, even though it was asking me to update it once I was opening the program to continue my tax return, didn't help. I chatgpt and nothing helped. So, I had to create a new tax return and start all over. Please fix that.

I purchased tlurbotax and wanted to use annually. However, your continued attempt to sell me some person who has not seen or know of my tax situation is stupid and an attempt to hide what you are and that is more concerned about how much money you can generate vs having forms competed and system functioning well. You need to fire your product manager and the head of IT for your program. It is terrrible. I will not continue to be taken advantage of by you and your alleged product. One time at end do you want to pay for some assistance would be more than adequate.

Why doesn't tubo tax download 1099 information when I ask for it to do it. Schwab had my 1099 ready before 2/13 but you would not download it because Schwab told you it was not ready before 2/13. Why do I have to put my income in three different times on a W2, why not just auto fill all three spots and save your user time.

I love Turbo Tax!! Easy to follow instructions, I like it tracks for errors and helps me fix them. It has help guides that are helpful. I Like everything about it, please don't make a lot of changes as it works perfectly for me. I have tried other Tax software and Turbo Tax is by far the best!! Thanks for making a great product.

As compared to prior years, not so impressed, especailly with the filing of my state return.. In prior years, if I selected hard copy submission, the return would be prepaed for this method to include mailing addresses and guidance on the mailing process. I am not sure I have printed the correct from forms for state reporting. I believe the only reason this was the case is so Turbo Tax could push e-file for a fee on me.
