I believe that the entry of information could and should be much clearer.... And there is still some inconsistencies and abiguities within the process. Also .... I prefer the client installed version over the internet version!

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. This is by far the worst experience ever. There were really crazy errors, extra small font, ads everywhere. I didn't think in 2026 their tech could have gotten worse! really..

Turbo tax is accurate, has many features, a good interface with financial institutions, and great reporting for all the calculations needed for the forms to be sent to the Feds, and states.

When importing data from QuickBooks, don't use items tha have a 1099 or 1098 or something like that. If needed, you are part of Intuit, make it easy to mark these things in QuickBooks so you don't import.

TurboTax Business filling Schedule K1 for CT state was not supported . I bought the software but unable to use it for filling and wasted $190 Due to that i was unable to get the correct schedule K1 credit

It would not let me deduct the way that I use too and I'm no sure I was able to deduct as much as I could have but the standard deductions seem to be accurate though not 100% sure. It did make it a lot faster.

The pagination of the generated PDF forms are not lined up correctly; a "smart" worksheet often contains unrelated information on one sheet which is difficult for proper filing and printing. Still many confusing areas and questions most commonly in the area of IRA withdrawals.

I am on hold to speak to a rep because I cannot file my NY State return electronically now. Turbo Tax didn't have final forms for NYS when I filed my Federal return electronically on February 2, 2026.when the final NY State updates were ready you wouldn't let me file the state return electronically because the program would not allow it without the federal return, which had already been filed and accepted. The glitch in your program is blocking my filing of NY State.

Too many gliches in program. Especially printing. Most solutions involve work-arounds that have to be made by the user instead of updates correcting software problems by Turbo Tax. This requires research online to find the work-around solutions. Also 1099 import feature does not work well and is not timely available. When it works, it is valuable feature espesecially with 1099 Broker Composites.
