I could not transfer my 2024 turbo tax to 2025 turbo tax and had to start from new. And now i was not able to save my new turbo tax 2025 as a pdf file. So i may not be able to transfer the 2025 info to my 2026 tax return. Consequently i will be going to a new tax service next year. After 15 years as a turbo tax user you just lost my business, not that you really care.

I have been a loyal TurboTax user for many years. Each year, it feels like it gets more and more difficult to purchase the software and to do my tax return. For years, I have always e-filed my federal and state returns. This year, TurboTax would not allow me to e-file because there was a 0 on line 27a of Part II on the Profit or Loss from business form. I could not figure out why a 0 would prevent me from e-filing. I was forced to spend $60 and had to wait over 1 hour and 15 minutes for on-line support. In the end, I was guided on how to remove the 0 and then I was able to e-file. To describe this experience as frustrating is a huge understatement. I had to spend extra money and a lot of extra time just to get my simple tax returns done and e-filed. I will say the woman that helped me online was great and was able to figure it out, but it took even her, an experienced TurboTax support person of 5 years, quite a while to find and fix the error. I greatly appreciate her help. However, I am very disappointed in the software. I am using the Home & Business version running on Windows 11.

This year the Schwab downloading had glitches: Safari would not load "CONSENT " button at bottom of disclosure page ??? I switched to chrome , and it worked. then ..... even after it seemed (and actualy did ) it should have downlaoded, the turbotax dialog boxes showed that schwab still needed to be "EDITED" this was very confusing. indicating to me that maybe it had not downloaded. it has never done this in past years. Great product,, makes taxes almost acceptale.

it was very difficult to get started. i followed the "Let's get started" it was so difficult to get to the steps to install and activate my software where I enter my license code. NOT USER FRIENDLY. Turbo Tax shouldn't be trying to sell me what I've already purchased. VERY AGRIVATING! I've used Turbo tax for many years and all I can say is you make it more difficult each year. I'm really thinking I may want to quit using Turbo tax.

They keep changing the software and it keeps getting worse. Only supported Windows 11, but not offered for download via Microsoft store so laptop had to remove SAFE MODE to down load the SW. Can only download the SW, can no longer buy a CD/DVD. They eliminated It's Deductible making donations much harder as there is no way to enter multiple items at a time. When working offline not all the features work properly until you connect online (editing of stock sales and donation entries). On my state return, not all my data from last years turbo tax transferred and I had to retrieve it manually.

Turbo tax has user interface problem. At the end when we try to file our state tax return, it does not ask us to enter our credit card. Instead, it asks us to enter our billing address. The dialog box is too big so we cannot see the action button at the bottom. The credit card does not go through and we don't know why and don't know how we can correct it.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years to file my federal and state taxes. The past five years I have used the Turbo Tax Home & Business software edition. The application allows for a step-by-step walk through of all possible situations. The instructions are easy to follow and inputting the data as needed. It is also easy to make changes if you forget something along the way and it applies those changes to all the coinciding forms automatically. The built-in final review processes also provide another opportunity to check, verify, and print your returns before you finalize filing your return. I would strongly recommend Turbo Tax for anyone who does taxes for their home or business.

This was my first year using the live agent advice and the two ladies that helped me were AMAZING! I was getting frustrated but they knew exactly what the tool was asking and how I should enter my information. Thank you so much for this feature and the ability to call back several times!

The software is comprehensive and has useful help answers. UI is fine. But, it is unprofessional to ask me to pay $45 at the end for filing for federal against Intuit's marketing that whatever I paid for the Home & Business software covers everything. Please take out any payment requirements.

This year's system had a lot of changes to the way sections and questions were handled. Sometimes trying to make it easier just leaves out common sense. Some things seemed to make no sense at all until I was several sections farther along. All in all, your attempts at making it easier failed.
