I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and find it an exceptional tool for doing my taxes! I have used the Home & Business version to guide me through the ever-changing income tax laws to insure accurate reporting of my taxes for the past 17 years! I like the easy-to-use features of the program and access to professional help, if needed. Turbo Tax offers Peace of Mind at Tax Time!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years and until the past 3 years have been quite satisfied with the product. Why fix what was a good thing. The past 3 years it seems as though the simplicity of the product has become cumbersome by technology. it is not as user friendly as it once was,

Allow one to more easily and quickly get to a knowledgeable tax representative. May return was checked, I went to electronically file the federal and state returns, but it would not allow me to do so until one item was corrected. May attempts did not work. It took me a long time to finally get to a live person named Richard. Richard had me update the software, shared my screen, and successfully directed me in the way to file. He was very, very helpful, and I am very glad to receive his capable 5-star help. Thank you.

This was the most difficult time i had completing a return. Stop asking to download information it should be a one time question. Just bring forward information from prior years and stop unnecessary jumping through unnecessary screens lots easier last year. stop trying to sell your product throughout the software once is enough

I do feel that TurboTax does a great job on taxes, however the latest update has pink/red emergency markers on every page now until you put in an answer. Doing taxes is stressful and this update DOES NOT HELP ease my anxiety AT ALL. In fact, I am more stressed about doing taxes than ever. The reason I have used TT every year is because it helps me to feel reassured that I am not missing anything and it explains things in easy to understand ways. It was consoling. Not ANYMORE. It is stressful and anxiety inducing with all the emergency red explanation points on every page. It reminds me of the symbol that shows up on your car dash when something serious it happening and you need to find a mechanic quickly. The red is overkill. Please make it go away or al least provide an option to turn it off. I need my TT to help comfort me not stress me out. Additionally, this has been a separate issue for years: I can't see the small text in the help boxes without using a magnifier because there is no way to increase the text size. This is annoying and not helpful for people who have failing vision.

Been using turbo tax, since I started filing taxes in 2011. it has been helpful in filing. it breaks down each section needed to file. Gives good advice on how to find the needed information and explains why it's needed and what it is for. Even helps me find missing forms needed to file. Even though I had not received one yet at an appropriate time, if I gave it the correct information it leads me to the right path or reminds me what else is needed. Since the start of using turbo tax, my taxes have been filed efficiently and accurately without being rejected and sent back to me for corrections.

This was difficult to use. I cannot get to creating a PDF copy of my returns. I still have not figured out how to do a second return on the desktop even though the advertising says I can do 5 returns on the same computer. It was way easier last year. you just made it more difficult. I have spent fruitless hours trying to maneuver through printing and trying to get to the next tax form.

My overall experience with Intuit has been less than great. Too many sales phone calls when I even asked last fall to not make sales calls to me. Then there are all the offers made (up selling) while preparing the return. And that is not saying anything about only being directed by search engines to only the internet version of Turbo Tax when what I wanted was a desktop version.

Unfortunately for Turbo Tax most people hate doing taxes, so with all of the charges and verbiage turbo tax uses (and has changed from last year) it's not in Turbo Taxes best interest to ask me to rate after the thrashing of doing all of the data collection and deciphering of all that goes along with doing my home and business taxes. I also don't appreciate having to invest in a new computing system that can handle the offline turbo tax software. My old system was way good enough to handle anything and along the virus protection I personally pay for their (to me) seems to be no really good reason to restrict me in using my window 10 computer. I have upgraded to windows 11 which was a pain because of all of the arbitrary restrictions and to top it off my laser printer does not work with windows 11. I know this is not turbo tax's fault, but it adds to the aggravation, and last minute scramble and expensive solutions. I personally condemn TT's move to limit offline tax prep to windows 11. I will never (if I can help it) do my taxes online where I do not have control of my data. Poor choices by TT in my opinion to associate themselves with the poor Windows 11 platform

I have done TurboTax for over 30 years and will continue to do so, but this year was much more difficult since I had to buy a new computer (Win 10/11 issue) and no physical disc. Therefore I wouldnt add anything more to my plate, even though I was offered a "free" use and filing online with pro help. I like the security of having my data etc. in my own hands.
