Overall, 5 stars. My tax time is soooo much easier since I started using TurboTax years ago! However, I was frustrated by the need to cycle through the download option every time I wanted to enter 1099-DIV, INT, B form information manually There should be an option to bypass all download in favor of all manual entry. Additionally, I think there should have been a warning about Executive Order14247 - an e-filed return was rejected because the option for a physical mailed check was chosen.

I have been using TurboTax for several years, and I have always been extremely satisfied. The program is very user-friendly and makes filing my taxes almost (note the almost) a pleasure. I can't believe the time and effort it used to take to file my taxes before TurboTax. It was a headache that lasted days. Now, even with two businesses to include and complicated investments, I can easily do my taxes in one day. And I know that TurboTax will highlight and find deductions that would have been hidden from me in the past

I've used Turbo Tax for decades and find it reliable and accurate. The only reason I deducted a star is that some forms require tedious, time-consuming corrections. Enter the same state over and over. Enter the street address over and over. Check "No" for digital assets over and over and over. Is this really necessary?

Absolutely unacceptable that third party downloads from financial institutions are so confusing this year. Furthermore, the incompatibility of TAXPACKAGESUPPORT.COM is also unacceptable, Especially when I pay more for a version of the program which is supposed to do this!

Lots of bizarre problems, including numbers without source data and forms that were unnecessary. Fortunately, your support team was able to resolve most of them, but HOURS of my time were wasted. For example, I had to go thru tax files back to 2008 to find the answer to a question about taxable income from a retirement plan just so Turbotax could repeat the calculations and get the same answer that was already printed on the 1099-R. This didn't happen in previous years. WHY DID YOU CHANGE IT THIS YEAR???

I still like this program, but have the same "complaint" each year... While I know that the math is correct, I never seem to be able to feel confident that I'm covering ALL my bases in terms of my business expenses, etc.! TT used to offer an external review of the return; now they offer "live advice", but I can't see anything that tells me that they actually review my form! It's the little thing like that which keeps me from max-ing out the review.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years for my business. It's so easy once you answer all the questions. I see it's free to regular users, but I always buy Home & Business. Thanks for keeping it simple, because I saved hundreds of dollars through the years of using it for my business. Thanks again

The import feature to transfer data from 2024 to 2025 made several errors when using the import from PDF. Primarily use TurboTax because of this feature to carry previous year's data. Was not reliable and disappointed because of these errors. Had to jump through hoops due to the incompatibility of 2025 version with Win10.

Things I hate about using turbo tax is 1. my dad helped me file my taxes and you made us both buy separate copies of your software. That is not how you advertise it. 2. The donation calculator is no longer included, and we had to list the cost of all our donations manually. 3. You charge extra for state preparation and for electronic filing. After we paid so much for the software you nickel and dimed us for another couple hundred more.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always given it 5 stars. But this year I was very disappointed with it. It worked wonderfully up until the time it came for me to request my refund. It said that I could request a paper check, which I did. However, I now have received a letter from the IRS saying that my refund must be done through direct deposit and requiring me to create an account with them to provide my information. I do not want to create this account and should not have had to do it. Since the "Modernizing Payments" executive order was signed on March 25, 2025, your software should have been updated so that it required me to add my banking information at that time. Why did your software not warn me that I couldn't get a paper check? I am very disappointed by Turbo Tax this year!
