Allow one to more easily and quickly get to a knowledgeable tax representative. May return was checked, I went to electronically file the federal and state returns, but it would not allow me to do so until one item was corrected. May attempts did not work. It took me a long time to finally get to a live person named Richard. Richard had me update the software, shared my screen, and successfully directed me in the way to file. He was very, very helpful, and I am very glad to receive his capable 5-star help. Thank you.

I have used turbo tax for years. Never again Had to do taxes 5 times it went back to beginning wouldn't let me fill out forms I needed Said I automatically wouldn't be charged self employment tax on CRP because I am on social security. cost me $675 00. wouldn't let me file

The response related to Wisconsin form OS was not helpful. TurboTax did not complete the Wisconsin form OS and I had to complete it manually. The AI response acknowledged the software error but did nothing to fix it. This has cost me a lot of time to solve an issue that should have been solved by TurboTax a long time ago.

I had to spend that $60.00 fee to talk to an agent. Two hours of waiting for help, I was finally contacted by Nathan. The problem was that I was at the finish line and the Federal could not be accepted. Nathan worked with me for over an hour. He successfully solved the problem by upgrading my software. It was very complicated but he knew just what to do all the while calming me that it just takes time. He saved me. Honestly, he saved me. Thank you again Nathan for everything, Lou Anne

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it is easy to use because it guides you through the process by a series of questions you answer. I highly recommend it. You don't have to be a tax expert or anything. Very user friendly and you complete your tax return in the comfort of your home.

Excellent help from Brandy in Oklahoma who helped with payment glitch. Same trouble I had last year. Spent several hours having to upgrade my OS, downloading Chrome and restarting computer. Last year I had to mail my return even though I paid for efiling. Feel like I should qualify for refund.

I have used Turbo Tax Home and Business for more than 20 years. Haven't had a W2 recently but TT knows what to do with 1099's. I have more than one business but TT always does it for me in less time it would take to drive to a CPA. Also less cost, of course.

Easy to use program, I prefer to keep my data on my computer and I'm glad I have that choice, the price is a bit on the high end at $95.00 other then that rock solid product as always for last 10years I've been using it...oh wow that is about $950.00 I should get a large discount for repeat user/buyer of this product.

The software was not ready for filing in Wisconsin until 2/26/2026. Other updates were not available until after the beginning of February. I expected the software to be ready sooner or to be notified that it was not ready until an expected date. I spent too much time going back to see if the updates were done.

The import feature to transfer data from 2024 to 2025 made several errors when using the import from PDF. Primarily use TurboTax because of this feature to carry previous year's data. Was not reliable and disappointed because of these errors. Had to jump through hoops due to the incompatibility of 2025 version with Win10.
