I had received a rejection (IND-417). After spending the afternoon trying to figure out what the issue was only to find out that there was nothing wrong with my return. Thank a lot TT. Even last year your program had glitches that I had to fix. I've been using TT for over a decade; next year I will use someone else. Bye TT. UPDATE: Rejected AGAIN. I won't use Turbo Tax again!

The experience is good, I trust the accuracy of TurboTax, and I've used it for at least a decade. I did not need the extra tax help, but it's good to know it's there. It's Mac-friendly and acts like I would expect it to, on my MAC machines. The interface is a little non-intuitive at times, and I say that mainly for new users. But I come back for it year after year because I trust it. I think even if I used an accountant, TurboTax could certainly help you pull everything together for that meeting.

I use Turbo Tax every year. My main issue is it isn't easy to navigate to some areas or find certain details. I wanted to see all my Capital Gains in one place to review each one - I didn't see how to do this. I want to have Turbo Tax walk me through all of my answers as if I was starting a new return but I have to click on each subject in edit mode to see the questions and answers - it would be nice to just click and be sent to each page automatically. I wonder if some confusions are on purpose in order to get people to sign up for assistance?

Allow one to more easily and quickly get to a knowledgeable tax representative. May return was checked, I went to electronically file the federal and state returns, but it would not allow me to do so until one item was corrected. May attempts did not work. It took me a long time to finally get to a live person named Richard. Richard had me update the software, shared my screen, and successfully directed me in the way to file. He was very, very helpful, and I am very glad to receive his capable 5-star help. Thank you.

This year was challenging for the download of the app with all of your request for add on services. it makes me want to shop other options for business and home tax filing. I just want to download the software and do my taxes.Please make next year easier.

Liked it all except the valuation process for non-cash contributions. Very cumbersome to pick the names of the items to value. As well, 2024 allowed for us to pick the individual donations and combine them on one donation date. 2025 was not user friendly at all!

This was the most difficult time i had completing a return. Stop asking to download information it should be a one time question. Just bring forward information from prior years and stop unnecessary jumping through unnecessary screens lots easier last year. stop trying to sell your product throughout the software once is enough

Too many hidden costs. I purchased the Home and Business with 5 free efiles.However, I am continuously asked to purchase an additional add on. When it came time to efile, I was asked for $40 to file, giving me the option to pay now (with a credit card) or have it deducted from my return. There were some areas that needed better explanation without me having to pay to ask a question about using the product.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and more recently Personal and Business. The program continues to make entering data as easy as possible and double checks for errors. The only reason for 4 stars is this is the second year I have entered 1099NEC information. This is the second year the information entered does NOT total to the summary page and continues to say UPDATE when all of the entering is completed and accurate.

delays in all the required reporting forms not available when needed, having to stop and re-start several times to wait on the applicable forms to be readied, updated and uploaded. Caused a three day job to be extended into almost 3 weeks! Never happened before this year's version
