Charge too much; ala carte too many services; unable to handle efiling an amendment (even though you said you could)

easy to fill all basic forms, just follow the direction and click continue, then step by step, complete all process.

ease of use, I have used Turbo tax since the 1980's when it was on floppy discs and it still a good product. so far I have not been disappointed

Horrible experience. Turbo Tax upload from Banks did not fully work costing us $$$ in fines. Do not trust any Turbo Tax uploads.

Turbo tax is easy and great program. It will take you step by step to help you fill out the forms needed to complete your return.

TurboTax makes the complicated task of doing my taxes bearable. I love the built-in flags that help me fix errors.

Mostly easy to complete. Some complex questions are more difficult to answer, but the additional information tabs are helpful.

TurboTax guides me through the filing process each year, and I have always been satisfied with the process and outcome.
