Intuit TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

I have $10 credit for CA state e-file.  However, when I paid it, the turbo tax did not credit to me.

Tell us the submit count of tax returns that have been filed on the first efile menue -- so we know how to proceed.  I have a large family.

ease of use, I have used Turbo tax since the 1980's when it was on floppy discs and it still a good product.
so far I have not been disappointed

the 1099 imports failed many times and it took days before I could tune the security from internet, browser and local permission. it would post security risk if I forget which control to revert back after finishing imports too. Why you can not simply implementing import 1099 from the files downloaded directly from the bank to local?

Importing 1099 from the bank is a pain!

The process is extremely simple and no room for errors. It guides step by step and it shows all the options and the likelihood of them being applicable to you. It also explains- in a different window what they mean and how they apply with examples. Extremely easy system. It does an error check at the end and takes straight to any discrepancy, if there's any so you can revisit it immediately without having to search for it. It's compatible with my desktop pc and downloads quickly. It also informs you as soon as the IRS and state accept you return transmission. I have been using it for over 20 years and I save 100's of dollars annually on preparation.
