I had a complex business tax issue that I needed help with. The tax advisors that I talked to throughout the process were knowledgeable, kind, and friendly.

The ability to simply follow the guided steps from beginning to end help process what is needed to complete in a timely manner. Also, the highlighted tips provided additional information when/where applicable.

Minor glitches in more sophisticated forms relating to investment income/deductions reporting but, overall, it makes an otherwise overwhelming task reasonably manageable.

One bone to pick: I want to print out some of the pages at the end, like the signature page, successful filing page, etc. Why don't you enable that?

I've been using Intuit TurboTax program products for many years, and I can truly say it's one of the better or the best product program on the market and at a reasonable price. I'm a long time past and future customer.

Easy to use, however some sections could be a little more user friendly. Also, I would go back to the regular search feature until the Assistant is less buggy.

I get it done and checked out by the software and leave it for a few weeks, launch and updates run and it gets all screwed up!! and wasn't given my $10 credit when I bought the state file fee!!

According to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, Individual Income Tax returns do not have to be filed by mail due to form 591-D. I am extremely disappointed in Turbo Tax for not allowing a bypass to this erroneous policy.

My return repeatedly rejected due to missing IP PIN. I have never had an IP PIN and do not have one now. I am going to request a refund for the efiling fee

Good program I have used for years--would be nice if I could copy and paste from the screen to research certain issues so I do not have to manually re-type the issue into search or AI when I need help
