Worst year of program Turbo Tax has ever put out. I tried and tried to file and could not e-file due to an error that would NOT correct! Printed out all forms as they were and mailed them. Got them back 2 months later with errors. Installed Turbo Tax for small business and home and re-did all over again. SAME thing happened, would not let me e-file due to some form 7205 which I don't recall every signing up for? Had to print AGAIN and will mail tomorrow---WITH error again. I will be spending my money with a tax accountant next year and skipping this madness.

The more I use Turbotax, the more I hate it. Here is why I hate Turbotax: 1) Turbotax does not cover some tax situations...OK, maybe not the end of the world--but the problem is that Turbotax doesn't even tell you that it does not cover certain issues. Based on some of my entries, it was obvious that I needed to fill out another form, but Turbotax does not include that form and did not tell me that I should research it. So my return was materially incorrect and I had to file an amended return. 2) Sooooo many niggling but very frustrating data entry issues....I finished my taxes, I had Turbotax review things for errors--no problems, great! I print all my returns! I go to e-file and Turbotax says "you can't efile because we need more info..." So what do I have to provide? Only an EIN (not provided) from a 1099-Div, because the 1099-Div included. Except the 1099-Div DID NOT include any withholding (actually it had "0"), and the EIN was not provided on the 1099-Div...so I can't e-file my taxes. So after googling for 45 minutes, I come to find that Turbotax counts "0" as withholding, and to avoid this error I have to delete the zero and leave it blank. None of this was explained in Turbotax, and it is hard to understand what kind of moron would count "0" as an amount? There were many similar issues in completing my tax return. Given that you've been selling this software for 30 years now or whatever, it should be pretty much bug-free at this point, but it is far from it.

TurboTax always has some issue every year. I haven't gone one year without something needing a work around or getting sucked into researching why something isn't working as it should. I end up getting it to work, but it seems overly cumbersome. These issues typically relate to K-1 information, and I realize there are a lot of things to cover, but every year there is an issue.

TurboTax is an excellent tax prep software. I have some tricky situations in my annual tax filing task and TurboTax is aways up to speed on the lates nuances of addressing those situations. I've used TurboTax for more than 20 years and plan to continue to do so for years to come.

I'm very disappointed this year, being a user of Turbotax for many years. It took many calls to work through simple solutions. Software failed to work when I tried to e-file my State return. I had to start from the beginning on another laptop to finally succeed in getting Turbotax to file my State return. Intuit needs to give more attention to improving its software for Mac users.

Always reliable, whether using online or the desktop version. Incredibly easy interface, prompting questions are always relavent and accurate to my tax situation. Mac compatible, too! Love the new AI generated fetures and the reporting options. Thanks as always!!

It forced several errors on me this year. Would not let me take home office deduction because "my business income was zero", but it was not zero! $25 to e-file a state return is too much! I pay a premium price even at my club store. Asking me to correspond offline and change my review? No! Bullies do their stuff in private. You asked.

This is probably the last year I use this product. Honestly it leaves a lot of be desired. Last year I used TurboTax and it could not load my info to this years! -1 star Because I could not load my info I could not compare last years numbers to this year in case I missed something -1 star. (on this luckily the IRS noticed I did not include my 1095-A the is a $650 credit for me!) Finally another star lost because it they got rejected after I received multiple notices that this is the max refund and everything AND GUARANTEES! I GOT REJECTED! And the cherry on top was because I failed to file Form 1095-A which gave me another $650 credit. So the IRS wanted to give me that credit not TurboTax. To me $650 is a lot of money to you?

the turbo tax is just so, so, so many problems with it, I cannot file e file extension on 4/15 and IRS is on my back about the tax, cause there will be penalty n much more payment involved. good that you have Martha to help when I call for a big problem, errors constantly towards the review; She was very pleasant and resolve the problems and issue, plus walk me through . Martha was so helpful that I will consider using the live experts help next time

I've been using turbo tax for at least 15 years and never had a problem with it until this year.I don't like the fact that I had to download the program online instead of getting a disk. Maybe you could have it come on a flash drive instead.I previously explained my terror story with the software to the point that I HAD TO GO OUT AND PURCHASE A MAC COMPUTER EVEN THOUGH MY WINDOWS 11 IS ONLY 13 MONTHS OLD.
