User friendly than the last yr version. Easy to navigate to a specific topic and then return to the last place where you left to continue Turbo Tax. Well organized and cohesive for easy reference and review. And the reports are great for future reference and continuous improvements.

I efiled the 2025 federal and two state returns. All were accepted by the taxing agencies. Now I have to amend all three returns. TurboTax says I can't efile the state amended returns because they were submitted using TurboTax but not efiled. TurboTax is inaccurate, totally wrong. The return copies include the notices of acceptance. It is a big ordeal to have to mail three sets of dozens of redundant pages.

I encountered an error based on a depreciated asset (vehicle) that was traded-in. I attempted to use the help with no success. I turned to ChatGPT to analyze captured images with the error referenced. There were several corrections / multiple attempts required to get the AMT and Depreciation to balance.

The combination of TurboTax and the business version of Quicken makes filing a much easier process. My only suggestion is that moving the schedule C information for Quicken to Turbotax could be simplified with some improved assistance. The combination of products saves me a lot of time and money. I'm sure some of it was due to the changes in tax code, but this year's preparation was a pain. It felt like a lot of extra work, extra questions I didn't really understand, etc. I really miss it's deductible. The lack of this tool added additional hours of work.

Been using turbo tax, since I started filing taxes in 2011. it has been helpful in filing. it breaks down each section needed to file. Gives good advice on how to find the needed information and explains why it's needed and what it is for. Even helps me find missing forms needed to file. Even though I had not received one yet at an appropriate time, if I gave it the correct information it leads me to the right path or reminds me what else is needed. Since the start of using turbo tax, my taxes have been filed efficiently and accurately without being rejected and sent back to me for corrections.

I have used turbotax for over 10 years, this is the first time I used it on a MacBook. I completely filled out the return and was ready to submit when the downloaded turbotax software experienced a glitch and lost/cleared all of the information I had entered. Very frustrating I had to restart from the beginning and will rethink using this product (home and business 2025) again in the future. My MacBook is new less than 2 months old.

With WIsconsin a sales transaction that was reported on 1099-B on Federal taxes, but erroneously required the sale to be reported on Sub form QI, for form WB. The $15 gain was not a result of selling a Wisconsin Qualified business, but didn't all me to enter zero, it required a negative number. On the form it should be <= to zero.

Would figure a gain on the sale of my business vehicle regardless of input. It cannot calculate accurately. No matter what figures were entered, it would produce a gain equal to the disposal price everytime. Very frustrating software. I'm not sure what else may be inaccurate.

For an amended return system glitch that it does not take you to the next process if you reach e file limit and select file by mal...there is no continue option to take you to the next step. Also why is an amended return counted towards the 5 e-file limit if its an amended return for an already submitted e-file
