The File Hung up and would not file to state. I tried changing the answer and it cost me 214 dollars on my state return.

Turbo Tax has been my tax software since the early 2000's. Topics are useful and accurate. e-filing is a real pain.

You CONSTANTLY get in the way of getting the work done to sell me something or ask me how you are doing. STOP!

I had two technical issues. The specialist I spoke with about each issue was great! Wish the hold time was less.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it is my "go-to" Tax system. I do regret that you no longer have "disc Copies" or usb.

I found the search and help functions to not always match what I was seeing. The HELP function needs help :) .
