I have been using Turbo tax for many years. Turbo Tax interfaces nicely with the Quicken files. It makes completing my taxes easy.

Another year filed. Had to do some research about when Medicare Supplement B and D can be deducted.

Turbo Tax walked me through everything. Fastest return ever. Checked for mistakes, made suggestions, etc. Overall great experience.

I was trying to start a second return and it was difficult and time consuming to start the second one.

Why is there a fee for a federal return. Up until the tax year it was free. Its electronic filing why??

Easy to use! I had a personal tax to prepare and also I am self employed. I wasn't sure about many topics but Turbo had drop down with answers!

Year to year, it hard to import last year tax information. I take the mileage deduction and it was hard to find it.

this year the upload of the home and business was a lot better no problems so far hav used turbo tax for more than 20 years very easy

Prep time made easy and topic selection very easy to navigate. Spent more time waiting for documents than I did in preparation.

Did not rate a five, only because it seemed the default usage was via "on-line" where as my preference is local. This default created confusion.
