Accuracy is, of course, a most critical need in tax preparation and filing. Having been a Pharmacist for a half-century, it is my nature to triple-check and quadruple-check for accuracy. I have never found any problems with TurboTax in that regard. When I started doing my own taxes 6 decades ago, I needed 4 pages of forms -- a Form 1040 and Schedules A & B; now, dozens of forms are necessary. Without TurboTax and my reliance on its accuracy, I think it might be difficult to keep my 60-year streak going.

This was difficult to use. I cannot get to creating a PDF copy of my returns. I still have not figured out how to do a second return on the desktop even though the advertising says I can do 5 returns on the same computer. It was way easier last year. you just made it more difficult. I have spent fruitless hours trying to maneuver through printing and trying to get to the next tax form.

This was the most frustrating year with TurboTax in the Home and Business desktop version for Mac. In the Easy Step it tells which forms "Needs Review" but you cannot presshat red button and edit from Easy Step. You must go to Forms to edit so much more cumbersome to edit than in prior years. Charities was tedious to edit and trying to create additional entries for each charity was cumbersome and would get in a loop of not able to edit or cancel.

We have been TurboTax customers for several years. We find the services relatively straightforward and easy to use. If there are any concerns it is when you try to re-visit a particular area and want to update it. There are times when it is not entirely clear how to proceed.

A TT user for many years - Home & Business. Normally straightforward until I realized on 2025 that the health insurance premiums were getting doubled because of TT's requirement that they be input in both of our 2 separate home business. Please fix the issues!!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, and this is the first year that it has been made more complicated than it needed to be. It's ridiculous that they did this on purpose, because they want you to pay the $60 for a tax advisor. I didn't fall for their crap. I don't recommend this at all.

The reason I have given TurboTax a high rating is because of the expert advice that needed. From past experiences I should have known not to try and itemize because it always is time consuming and somewhat frustrating. I am always better off financially going with the standard deductions.

It works for me and I did 2 farms, a real estate investment, and an out of country filer. I've only found a few things where it does'nt ask proper questions to get you to the right form.. One being schedule FC-a on the Wisconsin form and another that doesn't give you a way to enter info on the first page of 4797.. Otherwise it works well.

Please stop dumbing down the UI. I've used TurboTax for around twenty years. It became better each year up until maybe ten years ago. Now it gets worse every year. I am interested in quick data entry, not flashy and useless visuals. Tabular entry can't be beat for multiple pieces of data. Why take up a whole screen with giant blocks containing one or two words of text in them? It is slow and clunky. ... take the interest and dividend section as a good example which is currently just terrible!
