Been using TT for over 25 years

Turb Tax does not bring me back to where I was working in TurboTax desktop program after shutting down and restarting.

Great product, but can be better.

- Stopped ItsDeductible feature for valuating charitable donations. - Beginning and Ending Capital calculations appear to be incorrect.

Turbotax is intuitive

I find turbotax intuitive. I like to use the forms rather than the interview because I am familiar with the forms. When I need help, it is clear.

Very helpful

Super helpful. It lacked some direction power to clarify about Archer MSA vs state based MSA accounts. I love the educations materials therein

Stealing $45 at the very end.

They tack on a $45 "Premium" fee at the end. I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it. They're stealing!

Did Turbotax just add a new Refund Processing Chg?

I'm not sure, but the Turbotax sounded like they may have just added a refund processing charge that they did not used to have.
