to expensive, your making things hard to get to. Not as user friendly as in years past. Dont think I will be using again

I have used TurboTax since 1993. It is easy to use and it processes the federal and state tax returns accurately.

I had a few minor glitches and confusion about some of the questions, but overall the process of completing my tax return was pretty easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax since its first year, decades ago. It has improved over the years and I have found it to be accurate and reliable.

Was unable to purchase state form. 90 minutes with turbo tax support they could not fix it either. had to file my state returns manually.

- The cursor disappears when reviewing and filling the web pages. very annoying. + good explanations with your help links.

In years past you could file your 1099 and 1096 forms electronically. Disappointing to lose this feature!

Once the updates are completed, the forms and features helped immensely. Many years of good performance in this product.

I've been using TurboTax for years and have always been satisfied with the results. Why pay an accountant?
