I have filed with Turbo Tax for many years. Turbo Tax walks me through every step and makes it easy to go back and review everything.

For years I use TurboTax for my returns. It is interface friendly, easy to use and very accurate and explanation is what needs to be.

Calculations were accurate, but incorrect information was loaded in many of my business income and expenses.

You don't support QOZ reporting so I can't use Turbotax for my own return. You should allow inclusion of unsupported forms with manual entry.

The "guide me" screens could be improved by having more information on unusual topics, like carryovers. Otherwise, great program with good features.

Entering investments not an easy download from Merrill this year. Had to manually enter all the information from 1099's, etc.

Overall great experience as always. The only feedback is that you should have option to print from Forms section or view.
