Overall great experience as always. The only feedback is that you should have option to print from Forms section or view.

i have used turbo tax since it first came out and the format is very easy if you just answer each question that is asked.

Turbo Tax is user friendly. Once you have all the tax documents ready, everything just flows smoothly.

Been using TurboTax for 40 years, it only continues to get better and Intuit continues to enhance services for their TurboTax customers. Thank you!

Less useful than previous years. Its deductible is no longer built in making the calculations more manual. Very disappointing.

We have used Turbo tax for the past seven years. It is a consistent way to understand the maze of tax information needed to file.

Good tool kit but the fact that we have to always upgrade to a higher Windows version isn't cool at all.

Took my 30 minutes to get to a phone number and 2 hours to reach a live person. That's ridiculous. AI and your automated stuff sucks.

Full of bugs. Will not even save a pdf properly with a valid windows filename that have multiple "." in it. So stupid. FIRE your S/W developer.

Program used to provide means by which to load QuickBooks Desktop data into TurboTax.....now I can only do so manually.
