I have used turbo tax for more than 20 years. It provides comprehensive tax solutions for my unusual tax situations like rental house, installment sale, and foreign income. I can live with turbo tax without seeking or consulting with CPA or tax adviser. Thanks to turbo tax team providing wonderful service to relief my stress of tax filing.

Overall, no problems with filing my taxes (Feds plus MO and CO). My disappointment is in your payment process. I paid for Audit Defense, one additional State and then $20 to e-file each state. First, recommend you just bake in the price to e-file for the states. Feds are free. You offer one state to create the return for free. When I bought the second state, HIGHLY recommend you allow the user to e-file for each state that is either offered or purchased. Don't be like the airlines for baggage...just make it part of your service. Second, when I did have to pay for these three services, I had to fill out the EXACT same screens as though TT didn't know who I was (i.e. name, address, billing address, credit card info)--again, THREE times! I found it maddening that even after "Saving my Payment info to my account"; your system didn't have a PoP-up to ask "Do you want to use the saved credit card from your account?". Bottomline: what is the purpose of having to sign into your TT account if your payment system doesn't use any of the information from the account? Thanks for listening. Generally easy to use and no problems with entering the data. The only exception is that I have to input data from a K-1 every year and this form tends to be late and then I always have an issue with the various boxes that I need to complete. It would be easier if it had simple box entry like the information from a 1099 or W2. Also the need to complete two K-1s in the system if there is information in Box 1, Box 2 and Box 3 is very problematic since the K-1 we receive does segregate the information for each of these boxes.

There is a problem for those that need to file an extension to wait until after April 15 for a K-1. First, it is not clear if and when you must make the payment for state tax filing. I made it when I was filing for an extension.....but when I came back to file my final taxes...the TURBOTAX program wanted to charge me AGAIN for the state filing. So, not wanting to pay double, I went through the headache to fill out the Colorado State tax filing forms onliine. (I believe that you guys owe me $20 or $25, or whatever you charged me for my CO State Tax Filing that never got used due to my concerns and confusion. I hope I hear from you.) Also, the program seemed to be somewhat silent on audit defense when filing.....not clearly acknowledging that I had paid for that at the time I filed for the extension as well. But I have my receipt in case we have any disagreement there.

TurboTax proved to be a mixed experience for me this year. While generally helpful, certain sections were incredibly confusing, forcing me to rely heavily on AI tools to decipher what was being asked and how to proceed. My biggest issue, however, was a critical failure in the payment process. Despite setting up direct debit, TurboTax failed to deduct the taxes I owed from my bank account. As a result, I'm now facing hundreds of dollars in penalties, which is incredibly frustrating and costly.

I have used Turbo Tax Home and Business edition for many year now and it keeps getting better and better! Easy to use directions and I love the step by step guides and pick up where you left off option. I do have one small complaint with filing my state taxes when trying to go through the Turbo Tax website to check out. It has bounced back two years in a row and I have to print out and mail my return.

I've used TTX for many, many years and am thoroughly satisfied with it. I've found that since I've used the product for so many years, preparing returns is not a difficult task, no matter the difficulty of the Cx' return. Please don't ruin TTX as you did with QBDT.

So easy to do my taxes and they are complicated. The program really does cover everything. Inputing data was easy. I was prepaid. Printing of returns is awesome. I just save everything to PDF and then can print. I also like that I can import last years taxes into the current year I am working on.

Always reliable, whether using online or the desktop version. Incredibly easy interface, prompting questions are always relavent and accurate to my tax situation. Mac compatible, too! Love the new AI generated fetures and the reporting options. Thanks as always!!

I find TurboTax easy to use. Explanation and flags for review are helpful. But for some reason, they refuse to add form 8621 to the package. It is not included. They have other foreign forms (e.g., Form 8938) but not this one. This prevents me from e-filing. Very frustrated. For the price, it is should be included.
