I've used Turbotax for over 15 years, never had any issues. The interview method helps me to not miss anything. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

Went downhill after many years using this, it's now locking down making it difficult to modify forms in every aspect. Not intuitive as it should.

I have trouble with state tax returns and took 4 hours to correct working with support staff due to the errors in the import of one of my w2

Easy to use, except this year the "search" feature wasn't able to toggle to certain areas of the file as in years past

The Fed Tax calculation , tax owed, was incorrect. Amended form was correct Convoluted to access any form one wants

the program is well designed. For my application, it's straight forward. I enjoyed using the program.

I would like to see Federal amount and State amount at the same time. You used to be able to see both on the older versions.

I had two technical issues. The specialist I spoke with about each issue was great! Wish the hold time was less.

USED PRODUCT FOR AT LEAST THE PAST 12-15 YEARS AND CERTAIN UPDATES FROM STATE DO NOT INTERACT PROPERLY

I've been using this software for about 20 years now and its always updating to make sure it has the latest tax changes.
