Turbotax makes a dreaded job much more endurable! Thank you Turbotax!

I have been using turbo tax for over 20 plus years and like the way it checks all your information to make sure it is Accurint before you file.

Year to year, it hard to import last year tax information. I take the mileage deduction and it was hard to find it.

TurboTax provided an easy-to-follow guided experience and gave me confidence that I understood the process and completed it with accuracy.

Convenient and at a fair price. Walks you through each area and has additional information to help understand what it is asking with examples.

This year's turbotax was a lot more glitchy than all prior versions that I have used. That made it take a whole lot longer than usual.

I wanted to file Federal by mail and Maryland by E-file. You made it impossible to do so - You just sent me around in circles. Terrible

There are missing edit and delete buttons in the 1099-INT / 1099-DIV / 1099-OID sections when the the desktop software is offline.

Turbo Tax has been my go to for years. i have filled out with multiple programs in past years, and keep coming to Turbo Tax.

Took my 30 minutes to get to a phone number and 2 hours to reach a live person. That's ridiculous. AI and your automated stuff sucks.
