Accuracy and Reporting. Turbo Tax is very easy.to use. The guiding prompts are clear and easy to follow.

Please fix the W2 error, box 14, code K, pretax vision and dental. Turbo Tax picks it up as an excise tax when i uploaded the pdf of my W2.

I was trying to start a second return and it was difficult and time consuming to start the second one.

Too complicated this year. I did not want to complete a survey. I should not be forced to do this and pay for the service.

In years past you could file your 1099 and 1096 forms electronically. Disappointing to lose this feature!

Good tool kit but the fact that we have to always upgrade to a higher Windows version isn't cool at all.

- The cursor disappears when reviewing and filling the web pages. very annoying. + good explanations with your help links.

Turbo Tax has been my go to for years. i have filled out with multiple programs in past years, and keep coming to Turbo Tax.

This year's turbotax was a lot more glitchy than all prior versions that I have used. That made it take a whole lot longer than usual.
