We have our own tax accountant for consultations. I did not review your AI topics. I check with google regarding certain IRS rules.

step by step instructions to amend 2022 taxes this has been a weird ordeal, but accomplished with turbo help.

Very good, just like previous years. I noticed Turbotax wanted me to file online, but I ch0se to install on my desktop.

I was able to complete the returns I needed with relative ease and great appreciation for the TurboTax option.

Gets hung up, i.e. sits and spins. You have to go back and forth to keep it moving. Constant trying to upsell for other services.

I found the search and help functions to not always match what I was seeing. The HELP function needs help :) .

This year my return was straightforward with no complications such as sales, inheritances, transfers, etc.

Calculations were accurate, but incorrect information was loaded in many of my business income and expenses.

TURBO TAX IS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW UP I LOVE IT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW THE PROGRAM IT CAN EXPLAIN IN THE BEST WAY.

For the last 18 years you all have been the best to me and how I have peace of mind knowing that my taxes are done right
