TurboTax is thorough and very user friendly, with the option to toggle seamlessly back and forth between step-by-step and the actual forms.

This is the first year I haven't been critical or found a flaw or confounder in my use of it. Pat on the back for your development team

Tax filing become more friendly. I suggest to make more simple for dummy like me to prepare and save information.

I appreciate the level of detail as well as the ability to revise numbers as I gather documents during the process.

TurboTax makes it easy for me to find every tax break and cost needed to feel confident in filing my taxes.

Quick and easy to use. Multiple return options. Clear accounting as data is entered. Low audit risk.

I have been a user of Turbo Tax for more than 25 years. Each year it seems to get easier for newbies and more painful for seasoned users

Have been using TurboTax for years. Love it! Plan to continue as long as I file and have family/friends that do too!!

I like the User Interface, reporting, features such as carrying last year info over, comparison, accuracy and compatibility.
