TurboTax used to be good. They've made it significantly more challenging to use in order to get you to pay more for "live tax advice"

Calculations were accurate, but incorrect information was loaded in many of my business income and expenses.

I had a few minor glitches and confusion about some of the questions, but overall the process of completing my tax return was pretty easy!

good experience with help but not sure why asking so many question other than filing tax itself. I am too busy for this. No thanks.

Downloads for 1099 failed, no clear IRS ID. Downloads worked in the past. Hard to change order of couple

I would have liked to see the calculation of my income tax before self employment tax. What percentage tax did I pay on taxable income.

I have been using turbo tax for years. It makes doing the unpleasant job of filing taxed very easy and stress free.

Easy to use! I had a personal tax to prepare and also I am self employed. I wasn't sure about many topics but Turbo had drop down with answers!

Stop forcing updates AFTER filing. Takes extra time just to review taxes already filed. Give an option to update old software, that is not required.
