It is easy to use although I feel the much earlier versions were even easier. I've been using home and business for many years, so I pretty much know what has to be done/included. If I get stuck I use google or TT help and can figure it out. All told, it gets the job done fairly painlessly.

PIN ISSUE EVERY YEAR. Never works.... Always have to mail in the Returns after multiple rejections. TT charging $25.00 and I get nothing in return. Instrucitons to "Type in any number" is in error adn part of fraud to get $25.00 E-File Fee from customers. I am curious to see how may E-Files are chagesd and then rejected ...

Every year I see more problems with TurboTax Home & Business. Their guarantee is worthless & TT has caused me to pay penalties in the past. This year, they overcharged me for e-filing the state. After clearly saying I had a $10 credit and it costs $25 to e-file my state, they then charged me $25. They also can't tell the difference between mailing address & home address, which also caused me headaches. After using TT H&B for 17+ years I'm not buying it again.

I have used Turbo Tax for Home & Business for 20+ years and have always had a good result. This was the 1st year I have to call for support and the agent was very helpful to resolve the error. Thank you Turbo Tax! Wish you wouldn't end It's Deductible, it has been very helpful to me over the years.

I've been a TurboTax user for DECADES now. The product has NEVER let me down, (except for me taking too long to install my 2019 version, which I then couldn't install/register/use). Other than that, it's always been reliable, instructive, informative and accurate. My one critique of the software though, is that under many circumstances, if you back out of a section, that you've already completed and go back in, you'd expect that it would save the data you already input, but, instead it makes you reinsert the data. I've basically used it on Windows machines, though I have downloaded and used it on a Mac as well. The links to tax publications are extremely helpful, although it "tells you" what you "need" to know. I actually like going to look for the additional details that can be found in the publications. But, the software never led me wrong. It's an easy to follow, very intuitive interface. If you pay an attorney or other tax preparation entity, you're PROBABLY wasting money.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and find it to be an extremely valid tax preparation package for my needs.It is a bit lacking at this stage in compatibility with some of the cryptocurrency exchanges that I use but I have no doubt that they will improve on those features very quictly.

I was less impressed with the 2024 version. Many things that were fed over to the State version didn't feed over with this version. Turbo Tax should make it easier for things like foreign taxes paid on federal to state and help with figuring out Municipal Bond income for state purposes. Other than that, it gets the job done and I would hope Intuit would put more logic into their software. Interface could use some work too. Look what they have done to Quicken.

Have used Turbo Tax for 15 years. Now I have to have your account to use product that I purchase - I have to sign in to download investment info - found my personal info was being saved on your site. At the same time it is not as user friendly. I'm looking up info that has already been entered but not pulled forward.. All in all Not what it used to be. In the past I would often recommend TurboTax. In the future I will not - I'm not even sure I will continue to use. Privacy has been lost and for me nothing gained.

I've used Turbo Tax since 1980 and it's always had the same issues. 1. After initially opening it and it updates, it never reopens own it's own. It has to be restarted. 2. Many of the fields will continue to hold information entered even after changing or deleting the initial information entered. The only way to clear the calculations associated with the field is to start a new return.

My federal retirement pay, code 04E, was not automatically carried over to my state form as non-taxable income. It had to be manually carried forward, showing up in only one of two places correctly. This resulted in a return of taxes instead of owing more taxes.
