This is the first time I used Turbo Tax online instead of desktop version. It was difficult to jump back into where I was last working or maneuver through items i needed to update.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, over 30. It does get better each year. I would like see better explanations on amended forms with instructions.

Spoke to Chaieyfah as I worked on my return and she was simply outstanding! She was friendly and very helpful. My question involved Schedule D transactions and she was able to point me to the correct answer very quickly.

I like Turbo Tax for its easy to use Step By Step and the Forms Screens. Easy to navigate. I feel that Turbo Tax does the calculations very accurately, and that gives me confidence in my tax filings.

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2001 and it's always a great experience. The program is very intuitive and user friendly and Intuit is always right on point ensuring all the latest tax reporting changes are included.

Easy to use and very helpful, covers all topics. Very accurate, compatible. The additions features are great. The interface and ability to report are covered.

Missed the ability to put in details on some of the topics. The user interface was not as good as the previous versions. Poor descriptions of items and small fonts.

Frustrating that some of the walk thru features did not work correctly. Property taxes could not be ildi on walk thru. I had to divert to the forms and manually fill in.

Turbo Tax does an accurate job of including all the recent tax laws into their system. The pages for importing investment income and capital gains and the setup to import data is somewhat difficult to understand.

All was very good until there was no instructions for mailing Oregon Tax return. Only addressed electronic submission. Went back to last years instructions. Hope that address and instructions are also applicable to this year.
