Depreciation not calculating correctly on multiple returns - took a lot of extra time to fix myself. Didn't get 1 free state filing that is supposed to come with purchase of home and business software.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I have always been happy with the way it operates. It has a very good interface for those who are self employed for filing and for next year's estimated taxes.

This is 2 years in a row now that some random thing is making us file by mail. there is clearly something wrong with the Turbo Tax system that is making us do that repetitively.

The E filing was not smooth and would not file. I had to turn off my computer and reload to get new updates after getting new updates already. Installing a store bought product was difficult and not intuitive at all.

You made the program more complicated and it did not forward the routing and account numbers from previous year to current return and did not allow me to type it in.

Nice guide through and relatively easy, would be nice to see actual worksheets as you are working on them. Couldn't find way to search the worksheets to compare with last year.

Everything went very smooth. AI answers to questions were spot on. A few minor glitches but the AI answers to questions were able to clarify the situation.

Instructions and self-guided option were self-explanatory, easy to follow and highlighted areas/questions/options that needed to be addressed as I was going through all the sections.

Shared experience with filing for my daughter for the first time. Was to walk through the process successfully and provide an understanding of the process.

Very detailed and straight forward. Makes it so I can knock out my taxes myself in a few hours versus being at the mercy of some tax provider's schedule
